Walked in and was immediately greeted with a disgusted look. I’m not sure if the person was a manager, but I definitely didn’t feel welcome. She walked off to the corner, and I honestly wasn’t sure if she was calling security. The whole interaction felt disrespectful. Not a single person asked if we needed help. I will never come back here again. If you want to feel unwelcome and disrespected, this is the place.

Service is good. Prices are fair. The store in general is one I would recommend.

This store should be called GAP Girls or something similar as there is virtually no mens clothing available except for a very small display area. GAP has problems for a long time. Problems do continue.

Love this hidden treasure in Manhattan Beach! Staff are lovely and very helpful! It's in a beautiful location, and I will return again!

Very poor menswear range at this store. It’s basically just kids and womenswear with a tiny, tiny, corner of menswear. Was very disappointed that I made the trip here thinking it would be a Gap menswear store.

Zero customer service, they are looking your face, new hiring lazy even don't know how to use the register, I called the associate she ignored and left...poor service

Refused to do an even exchange for an item with tags still on. I accidentally tossed the receipt before realizing I grabbed the wrong size of pants for my kid. Went to return and they refused to exchange. Gap is expensive enough and now I have to eat a $40 pair of jeans for a child!
