I have never in my life walked out on a nail service before completion until coming here. I called and made an appointment for an acrylic full set. They had five hours before my appointment to ensure that someone there knew how to do it. My nail technician was Francis. The application of the acrylic is absolutely horrible. On some nails, it goes into my cuticles, and on others it’s too high on the nail and she didn’t blend it into my natural nail. The nails are thick and all uneven. She somehow managed to flatten the tips out and reduce the curve in my nails so they all look flat and gross. She didn’t bother cleaning up my cuticles before getting started hence why they are so messed up in all the pictures. I am extremely disappointed, as this is my first time getting my nails done in a very long time and this was all I was looking forward to today. Just went straight from this nail salon to Sally beauty to get some supplies and try and fix them myself before going to another place to spend more money on another full set. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life, simply based on the service itself. To add this is extremely disappointing for how expensive they are.

Despite calling last minute at 6:15pm, just 45 minutes before closing at 7pm, they accommodated me graciously. Brenda was incredibly nice, and I'm thrilled with the final result of my nails. Highly recommend!

My absolute favorite nail salon I've been to in the Los Angeles area!!! I have lived in LA for the past 5 years, and this is the first nail salon I can say I LOVE. My nails always look flawless and my gel manicure lasts up to 4 weeks! The service is amazing. I've been to several nail technicians at the salon and they all slay. Amy is probably my favorite though :) She always kills it and is so quick! 10/10 and would recommend to anyone!

I love this salon. Vivian is amazing and I always leave with a great manicure and/or set of gel nails. The salon is well organized, clean and friendly. Prices are super fair. The Manager is on site keeping everything running smoothly. I cannot recommend the Manhattan Beach location (in the mall) highly enough!

Loved that we could walk in with no appointment. Surprised that callus removal wasn't included. You had to choose between a massage or callus removal. BYT, happy with the end result. A cautious technician made my feet decent again.

First time to Holly and Hudson for mani/pedi service. They were welcoming, very professional and my nails look great. However, the highlight of my experience came when I realized I had lost one. Of my purchases. Kevin volunteered to go in search. When this failed he contacted security. My purchase was delivered by security before my service was complete. Thank you Kevin for going several extra miles.
