Just want to say how much I love this store!! The owner was so kind and while I was there and left my phone with a friend she was so on it and helped me figure out how to get it back my calling my friend from her cell.In such selfish world we live in I felt loved and supported and I’ll always come to support her amazing store and her business's! A fabulous store to say the least. My first time visiting Manhattan beach I decided to pop into this cute boutique. upon entering Kelsey, Hayden and Danny were incredibly attentive & helped me in my search to find sizing and styles that matched well for my upcoming European Cruise. Highly recommend to my fellow fashionistas to come check it out!

When walking into the store for the first time today we were noticed, but not greeted or even acknowledged. We looked around nonetheless and the staff continued to ignore us before cheerfully greeting a different type of customer as she walked in..I definitely did not feel welcome here.

I was on a date with my boyfriend across the street from Katwalk and saw a beautiful tomato color sexy dress. My boyfriend took me and brought it for me. The prices are great and the owner was very nice.

The store has very beautiful and affordable clothes. When I was visiting California I had the opportunity to stop by, I bought a bracelet. When I got home, I broke the bracelet and within 24 hours Katwalk had shipped me a new one. Never had such an amazing customer service experience. Thank you!!!

I don't generally shop in manhattan beach, as I live in Santa Monica and we have plenty of options. Walked in here on a whim trip to Manhattan beach. I seriously loved everything here. Whoever is the buyer for the store, knows trends and what to pick to put on the racks. I found a dress that looked almost exactly like a dress I had been desperately eyeing at LoveShackFancy but 1/4 the price! I'm actually kind of glad I don't live close to this store or I'd seriously be broke from buying all the cute stuff in here. Additionally, all the sales people here were sweet and helpful

This is the best clothing store I have ever been to. Kayla made me feel so welcome. She helped me pick out outfits and even stayed late to assist me. She was personable and honestly one of kindest people I have met in a long time. I live in Texas and wanted to purchase a substantial amount of pieces to take home, however I was unable to bring them back with me on the plane. Kayla called management and arranged for me to to have the clothing shipped to my home address back in Texas. I was so happy to have come across this jem clothing store. Every piece was so unique and had a very unique individual style that we don't have in Texas. I will be back next time I am in Malub. Thank you for such an amazing experience, Kayla.

Whenever we visit Manhattan Beach, I tend to window shop with my family in between spending time on the beach, hitting up a restaurant or treating ourselves to ice cream daily... On a recent trip, I walked by Katwalk several times and found myself eyeing one of the blouses on the mannequin each time, so I decided to go in and check it out for myself. I happened to be in a combo of workout clothes and an old sweater of my husband's that day, so needless to say, I wasn't looking so pretty. Even so, the ladies working were super attentive and helpful and not judgy, which I appreciated. They helped me find the blouse I liked in a size Medium -- (unfortunately there wasn't a Small) -- but I purchased it anyways as I found it super cute and the price very reasonable. I know that merchandise changes often as with most boutiques, but I would definitely visit Katwalk again based on my experience!
