I just went here yesterday because I had gift card. I was undecided on whether to get a new perfume or makeup. Kat from the beauty department helped me out the whole time I was there. She went through the various fragrances with me, then gave me recommendations on makeup products. She was so knowledgeable in her department. Overall she was so nice and patient. Thank you Kat! :)

I was in the manhattan beach store today and Alima or Alina refuse to help me when I ask to show me a wallet she claimed that she had a customer but when notice she was just standing in the jewelry dept on her phone she look at me without saying anything and at the end she ask if someone was already helping me and answer that I notice that she didn't want to help me and all she did turned around and walk away I am a customer and I dont think nobody should be threatened this away
