Really wonderful service at the salon. The ladies worked with me to achieve the specific nail look I wanted (French ombre). They were honest and kind and transparent about pricing. Will definitely be visiting again!

This place is horrible. They ruined my nails. My nails became so thin after 3 months di gel manicure, and three of them have broken. Besides, they do not sanitize their tools well. So be careful for fungus infection. I am not going back.

My usual spot was closed, so I tried this one because it was close to my house. It was a pretty bad experience, I won't be back. They charge the same price as other salons but do less (no massage, no soaking, no trimming cuticles). The technician just took off my old nail polish and slapped on the dip polish without manicuring the cuticles at all, which caused problems when she was trying to clean it up at the end. She dug her (very sharp) nails into my nail beds to try to fix the areas where the polish bled over, and it was very painful. They didn't have change, so I had to give a large tip. It's such a bummer when you're looking for a relaxing experience and this happens.

I had just moved in the area looking for a new nail salon and decided to give Mod Nail spa a chance. Service was amazing, they were very gentle and kind. Unfortunately, I didn't like the results of pedicure or acrylic set. None of the nails look the same, some are smaller/ skinner than others. My right hand looks nothing like left, leaving me disappointed. I still tipped them for being sweet and gentle but I would advise to take their time and make sure the nails look like the other hand.

This place is unfortunately so hit or miss. My last gel pedicure chipped the next day and then wiped off after a week.

Originally, I had requested to get my acrylics soaked off in order to get a fresh gel mani & pedi. But unfortunately after the constant "suggestion" from the lady to just get a fill I caved. While I was choosing the color I was going for she hovered until deciding on a color (came in with an idea anyway) and then rushed to the chair. She filed my nails so hard, had to keep telling her to stop. Then the dermal shaved off skin on top of my knuckle when she was distracted by another client. Now I get accidents happen but everything just went downhill from there. My nails as you can see aren't smooth and are chipping already. I showed her and she said it was the powder? Mind you I came in with chrome nails and they sure as heck didn't look like that. She didn't even offer to fix them. I honestly want my money back. This is for a trip that I leave for tomorrow, so I don't have time to get them redone.

When I first started going here about a year ago, I had a really positive experience. Since then, the quality has gone down. My gel manicure lasted less than 2 weeks & I developed little red spots on my feet after getting my pedicure. I feel like their pedicure equipment isn't getting sanitized correctly. =/ I'll be going elsewhere next time I get my nails done.Service: Gel manicures

I got a gel manicure and it turned out awful. there were divots in the nail polish and it was bumpy. they missed the tops of my nails and didnt bother to clean up the sides well. They were nice, but don't recommend going there if you want nicely done nails for an event of some sort

My nails were done beautifully and I love them so much. The service was great but it was slightly more expensive that I thought it was going to be. Overall amazing service.
