This was my first time inside an Old Navy and I didn't know I was missing out on these cute outfits and finds. The store was well organized with many friendly workers offering a shopping bag etc. What I was very impressed and thankful for was the customer service. They go above and beyond to help you find the size you need if it's not available in store and have it shipped to your house. We were helped by a wonderful young man with glasses. A great help to my aunty. Totally appreciated since she was looking for these specific pairs of pants for her son. Hope to be back soon.

The cashier Dylan was very condescending and kept cutting off my questions. I'm not one that shops at old navy and this is probably a reason why. I work in customer service myself and I'm in a management position, you can easily tell he doesn't know how to problem solve as he got easily frustrated. Old navy do better with your employees.

This store was very well organized and neat, with a nice selection of clothing. I was very impressed. Wish all clothing stores were this nice! It was the opposite of Ross. Kudos to the design staff. Hats off!!

I went to return some items that were too small. Wonderful experience!!! No problem with returning the items. The clerk accepted them and told me the credit should appear the next cycle. Thank you Jesus and Old Navy!!!
