It's not lunch time, but can't reach anyone anyone from customer service to ask a question. No one has answered the phone in the last hour of calling 50 times. Unless there is a mad dash for drug testing kits; what gives???

This company is so unprofessional and disorganized. The brothers that own this place are rude. They clearly don't know how to train their employees. We had a scheduled testing with our company and the wrong tests were sent. Absolute chaos!
