My wife and I love shopping at this Pottery Barn. Everybody is always so kind and helpful. Last time we were in, we wanted to look at a rug. The lady went to the back and hauled this heavy rolled up rug so we could check it out. We decided we didn't like the weave and ordered a different smaller rug. I offered to help carry the rolled up rug back but she said not to worry about it!
She hauled that heavy rug just for us to see it and was still all smiles even when we purchased something else.

Recently worked with Abigail to help a friend purchase furniture. I came in at almost closing one evening to look at sofas she was patient and answered all of my questions I did not rush me out the door even once the store was closed. My friend did not end up buying sofas but did end up purchasing a couple of beautiful rugs as a result of the suggestions that Abigail made. If you're needing to shop at the Pottery Barn in Manhattan Beach, highly recommend asking for her or making an appointment to have her help you.

Waaaaaaaaaaay too many options and fabrics (most are backordered), no returns, and stuff isn't even comfortable or durable? $6k leather couch can't be exposed to sunlight, moisture, or pets? And it all looks like something you'd find in a hotel lobby or a gentrified pet store ðŸ˜

Excellent service. I got help as soon as I entered the store. Even though they didn’t have what I was looking for, one of the heavy set dark haired female employees helped me the perfect item online and at another location. I wish I had more reason to come into this store. It was great.

PB, please improve your customer service. I've been a customer for many years and am extremely disappointed. I purchased a desk have been waiting three months for it to be delivered. The delivery date has been changed three times. I'm now told that it has shipped and will be delivered in 1.5 months! When I called to inquire about the order the customer service person seemed annoyed by my request to receive further information. No attempt was made to help me. Truly unbelievable.

We bought a complete outdoor furniture set from this location and got amazing service from Cindy. She took such great care of us and followed up to make sure that delivery went smoothly and everything was what we wanted. We had such a great experience that we are going back to order dinning furniture from her as well. Thank you, Cindy!

Yes this place is busy!! And yes the clientele can be demanding and rude hence why some staff my be stressed and seem short. But honestly, treat people with respect and don't take it personal. This group helped me find a sold out item and called me when they had it. So give them a shot! Anna is a bomb!

Do NOT Purchase! Worst experience ever. Ordered something that stated in stock and as soon as I ordered, it moved the expected arrival for 6 months so I called the very next day to cancel and they refused. So, I waited almost a year for the product that I didn't even want and they kept charging my card and reversing... it was horrible. I spent countless hours on phone with customer service and a supervisor not once called me back upon escalation. They do not care about customer experience or that they are wasting your precious time. Never again!

We bought a dining room table and chairs. The staff was very helpful and friendly. However, when we went to make the purchase and asked for them to be delivered together, we found that the company policy dictates that since the table was in an immediate delivery place and the chairs would take a bit longer our order would be split with two delivery charges. The charge was only $150 but the idea that we had no say in the delivery order tells us that this company policy excludes the wishes of the customer. Our friends tell us that they don't shop at Pottery Barn because the feel that the merchandise is overpriced. Now they have another reason to shop elsewhere.

I ordered counter height stools and a day bed and Nancy and Suada were extremely helpful. Impeccable customer service. Would highly recommend.
