Dr. Deshmukh saved my life. Before seeing her, I would get sick 8+ times a year. I would go to the hospital with high fevers and other extremely uncomfortable and painful symptoms. My immune system did not exist and my body was inflamed. I was sick. After seeing countless doctors, which NONE were able to figure out why I was getting so sick, I saw Dr. Deshmukh and she changed everything. She knew what was wrong immediately. She helped me rebuild my immune system and heal my gut and now I rarely get sick. I am healthy, I lost weight, I am happier, every aspect of my life has improved. She is the best doctor I have ever seen and I refuse to see anyone else. If I ever move I would fly back to see her because an amazing doctor like this is hard to find. I cannot recommend Dr. Deshmukh enough!!!

I've been coming to this location for years, after my primary Dr left it has been horrible service, last year I went to get a full physical and it was not performed because I didn't mentioned to be checked out 100 percent. Then they screwed up my billing it took me 3 months to get if fixed. Today I was let me try this new dr again. I was 10 min late!!! For the first time in years!!!!!! They said we can't see you. I've been to this office and I've never been seen on time by any medical professional or by Dr. Deshmukh. To me this is bad, I would not want someone to do a physical on me when they have poor customer service. It was 10 min i did all my paperwork online... time for a new medical professional

Not thrilled. The doctor was fine although a little quiet. The MA didn't know what she was doing. I kept "looking up because she put the EKG sloppily on (let's just say I know a thing or two about it). And blamed me when I looked up (which she failed twice because she didn't put the tags on right and that hurt to rip and reapply). She offered a date to see the doctor back and then took it away and insisted another date because that was "better for the doctor" (never mind the patient). And because she was so incompetent she put someone else's labs tests in my packet (HIPPA) and I had to drive back to give back the sheets. Just rude and horrible MA employee. I shouldn't have answered a specific question that was none of her business. And she tells me the doctor won't be in network but legally can't tell me what network it is. And it makes me wonder why did I even see this doctor if she is going to change network. The d*** MA literally made this whole spiel about how I can take the info to someone else and it's still good for me to go to the doctor but "I need to find another physician once she switches." I'm deciding whether to even come back. But I guess for dealing with this important issue, I will. Can't get more than 2 stars. The doctor carries the extra one.

It will help if you pre-plan your trip by calling or getting on the website if you come here to visit a patient. There are many buildings and parking structures that will confuse. Also, wear comfortable clothing and shoes when coming. Find out as much as you can about parking and directions before arriving. Trust me, it will help you find a close spot to where you need to be.

BEWARE: My mother's credit card information was stolen from the front desk associate at this location! When we were trying to pay for the copay, she was "having trouble" charging the card? She got on the phone and said the service wasn't working, asked her co-worker for help, who was busy helping someone else, and then told us "just give me a moment, you can have a seat". When my mom checked to see if the proper amount was charged she saw it was charged for places she did not go and things she did not purchase! We know it was stolen from this location by the front desk worker because that card was not used in months, this was the only location we went to that day, and the woman was acting very suspicious when it should have been a simple transaction.

Horrible !! Stay Away !! 1) Doctor misdiagnosed my illness, 2) Wrong insurance codes entered so insurance wouldn't pay, 3) While I was working with insurance company (& in contact with the office) their collection department (not in contact with the office) was relentless, 4) During phone call a settlement was agreed to, 5) I paid the agreed settlement, 6) A few months later the insurance company agreed and paid them, 7) A few months later their collection department is now hounding me again. They actually owe me money

I broke my ankle playing soccer at nearby Redondo Union High School. They brought me right in and made me as comfortable as possible. They took X-rays to confirm and wrapped it up to protect it until I could get to the orthopedist . They gave me all of the information I needed moving forward and had me out of there relatively quickly. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff and nice clean facility. I don't recommend hanging out in Urgent Cares but if you are this is a good one.

I went in because I had dropped something heavy on my big toe. It had been about a week after the injury. I had done this before on my other foot in the past and it had gotten better in that time. This injury did not improve and my toe nail got more purple. The doctor said that there was nothing we could because the blood was dry and that I would not lose the nail. He said that it was OK to start trimming it down because It had gotten long. When I got home I trimmed the nail and blood drained out. I just went to a specialist and he had to pull the dead nail off. He said the blood pushed the nail up thus killing it. If the original doctor had drained my toe nail like I had asked I would still have my nail. This urgent care cost me 150 dollars and my toe nail. I will never go back there and I hope this helps you.

Very long wait for a "slow day" at an "emergency" clinic. Receptionist said that they accepted my insurance and co-pay was $50. A month after the visit I was send a bill for a 3 minute Doctor visit of and additional $334.00. When I called the office they said that they did not accept my insurance and it should have been up to me to have called the insurance company to verify, eventhough they initially called my insurance company, Very, Very unacceptable. Beware!

Urgent Care Desk has gone downhill.
I used to like it there, but now that they are established, it is a whole different ball game. GET PRICING & ALL DETAILS IN ADVANCE! I got hit with a few "oh by the way charges" after the fact that left a bad taste in my mouth. The doctor was ok but I won't be going back.
