7/13/2024: Customer service is Horrible!
Was excited about a product my co worker purchased at Sephora... took a picture of it and thought l'd try to pick one up for myself. But instead... I encountered a rude, unhappy worker at the front who was abrupt and straight out unprofessional! This woman Shouldn't be at the forefront of the store...
Greeter should be friendly and helpful.
If she doesn't like her job, quit and stop projecting her misery on consumers.
Every time l've tried to shop at Sephora... the service has been rude or just lacking in general!
Horrible!

i never write reviews but i had such an amazing experience in sephora today because of diego. diego’s a guy who works at this location and he was so beyond helpful and fun to talk to. he shade matched me for a foundation by taking pictures of my skin. he complimented my skin and my makeup which made me so happy because i’ve worked hard to get it to look this way and no one’s ever noticed until diego. i love that he gave his honest opinions about different products that i was asking about instead of just trying to sell me anything. ?

I went to do a powder match for my face. I liked the way they attended to me. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The guy who did my face color match was nice, patient, and professional. The store wasn't difficult to navigate and the location was easy to find.

This used to be the most reliable Sephora location, but for the last couple of years, I’ve noticed that they are always out of stock and are no longer selling certain product lines, which is really disappointing. The last few times I’ve gone in the store they’ve been out of my favorite products and don’t have any backstocked. Makeup Forever HD powder, Cay Skin lip balm, and the DryBar dry shampoo mini. I’m having to resort to purchasing only online now.

Came in looking for foundation and concealer. Jax greeted me as soon as I walked in and she helped me find the perfect shade in both items. She was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Thanks Jax!!

My little cousin is in town, so I got guilted into taking her to Sephora… and by guilted I mean she asked me to take her and I said yes ahahahaha I’m the easiest get with her.Upon entry, I was hit with what I thought was chemical warfare. Thousands of scents amalgamated together to form one of the strongest smells that have ever hit my nostrils. I squinted and almost fell to my knees, but I couldn’t show weakness with my little cousin present.We wandered about the maze that is Sephora, and I had NO idea how deep this make up thing ran. I mean I knew, but I really didn’t KNOW as I don’t have a sister.I am a pretty curious person, so ended up asking my cousins thousands of questions to the point where I don’t even remember anything due to pure information overload. My brain just switched off and blacked out essentially. The brain is a funny thing, a real interesting organ.As we were checking out, my jaw hit the floor when I saw a $200+ price point for like 7 little items. Love the setup of the store, this one can stand to be a bit bigger because there are always people everywhere looking and shopping. The perfumes are a bit pricey but overall, this is the store my daughter likes to come to for her makeup
