A newly renovated branch, very nice upgrade in the physical facility - 2 ATMs outside, 1 ATM inside, and a coffee bar. Oh yea, the island desk/table where you can get bank slips and pens to do your banking chores!!! Except in this branch THERE WERE NO PENS and SLIPS! You have to get in queue to get to one of the tellers to get s pen. Luckily one of them got out of her cubicle and I was able to ask for a pen. Of you are looking for a quick and convenient banking errand, this is NOT the one to go to.

WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I came here for an appointment with Nadezhda. She was extremely rude and condescending. She would interrupt me was not helpful. She then went to her supervisor and was bad mouthing me. The supervisor jumped in and they both were saying derogatory remarks about my questions so loud I could hear from the next office. I felt so belittled and humiliated.

Miserable customer service and ridiculous wait times. Absolutely horrible. If you have nothing else to do with your day, be sure and bank here.

Long lines. Poor management. What a joke. Isn't it 2023? I normally don't go in to the branch, now I know why. Ugh

This review is based only on initial interactions. This US Bank branch is not one where I have any accounts, and based on my limited contact, I'm not keen on becoming a US Bank customer. I made an appointment to come in to talk about a safe deposit box and, because my current bank is cutting services to its middle class customers, I'm investigating alternatives. I left work early for appointment and arrived early at US Bank. Parking adjacent to this branch is problematic; there are not enough parking spots there for patrons needing more than 20 minutes. I parked in a 20 min. spot and went in to ask how strictly the 20 min. limit was enforced and what they recommended. While still nice, the teller at the entrance went into a "We have no control over that" pre-programmed speech even after I again asked what I was looking for. I finally blurted, "I'm not asking who's to blame, I'm asking where you would have me park so I don't get a ticket!" I mean, I'm trying to give you my business, people, try to make it easy for me to do that!I left, parked in the nearest mall lot, and returned for my appointment. A woman at the teller desk directly at and facing the bank front door told me we'd be discussing my banking right there. Her entire affect was that I and my banking needs were not a concern to her. Any other times, because this kind of banking can take a little while, we go into an office or semi-private space where we both can sit. I tried to get with their set up, but was highly uncomfortable discussing financial matters in the middle of an open, high traffic area! She agreed to move to an open office, but the banker's lack of interest continued; I said I wouldn't be banking there and left. I don't care whether a client makes $22k a year or $22 million (I fall in between) -- they all deserve the time of day, especially when they made an appointment, showed up on time, and are literally across a parking lot from at least five other competitors.

This location straight up sucks. Two tellers on a Saturday, only one taking customers. One customer was with the lone teller 45 minutes. While they have a nice coffee bar and meeting rooms, who cares? Service seriously sucks here. No management on-site. Poorly run branch in a high net worth area. Many other banks to choose from. Don't choose this one! Here management or lack thereof at the local level is the problem. No one with authority to issue a cashiers check above $25k on a Saturday? I had to go to Westchester to get a check for that amount. Poor allocation of resources since clients in Manhattan Beach are more likely to request higher check amounts than Westchester. The manager in Manhattan Beach apparently is the only one who can authorize checks above $25k. Of course, she was of on Saturday even though the Union Bank customers coming to Union Bank could have used her help.

I've been coming to US Bank in Manhattan Beach for years. The staff here treats you like family, creating a warm, inviting, and familiar atmosphere. The workers are not only knowledgeable but also approachable. They take the time to understand your needs and provide personalized assistance. The branch itself is newly remodeled, clean, and inviting. It's a comfortable space to conduct your banking transactions.I highly recommend US Bank in Manhattan Beach for its exceptional customer service and welcoming atmosphere.

After weeks of freaking out about my CD deposit, US Bank associate at this location made it happen the day of. I SO appreciate her amazing customer service (hate that I don't know her name) and also the patient customer service of Michael K, who made the initial deposit. Word to the wise, if you're taking advantage of current CD rates and make an in-branch deposit via check, you can expect to wait a long time until the funds show up. I don't know what the wait time is for other methods.

I'm contacting you due to dissatisfaction a customer service. The branch manager did not even respect me as a once customer to show her face, she relays messages from the teller saying it was the best she can do to assist me. I called the 800- customer care line and they kept referring me back to the branch manager and see if they can assist with the force close $30 fee that I have accumulated. They advised me no one in the call center can make any adjustments to the account because it is close, this is something that only the authority of the branch Manager can assist me with. I kept receiving the runaround. I was advised to contact my main branch I never had a Home branch because I opened my account online. The teller advises me at the Manhattan Beach branch that my whole branch was Gardena's branch because that is the closest to the residence I use on the application. I advised to tell her I never stepped foot in the Gardena branch I did more transaction here in Manhattan Beach and I have done with any other location. My conflict is I am not air responsible if the information was relayed it to me properly I would have to cover the $12 fee I feel like it's a slap in the face to be forced to pay something that I was never advised within the delinquent status my account was force closed, and I am forced to pay a $30 fee... this is totally unacceptable. Because I am a responsible individual. I covered the fee of $42.03 in the Manhattan Beach location today. But I'm totally frustrated, with the lack of respect that I received no one try to De-escalate the issue at all. I should not be forced to pay an account closure fee. I've worked hard for every dime I have and I don't have money to give away. People have became displaced, Active account or not active account I am still a consumer.
