Never heard of a ups drop off that rejects packages. The CVS supervisor, Betty and Sumrina told us the package was too big to fit on the shelf. The manager at CVS made this rule but there was plenty of room on the shelf (see picture). Then they wouldn’t give me the managers info. Horrible customer service!!! I even offered to put it in the shelf myself. Never coming back here to CVS or for UPS, suggest you don’t either.

Twice i have had Old Navy online purchases sent to this location and UPS both times said they could not deliver because they needed a suite number. When no suite number is needed per the ups store . The first time it happened i had to pick up the package all the way in Gardena and the employee said it was a new driver mistake. Old Navy needs to stop using this access point or UPS needs to step it up because the driver still doesn’t know what he’s doing.

It is fine for labeled drop offs, but they are unable to print return UPS labels (like the kind Amazon emails).
