As you can see, a lot of customers of this branch are posting their dissatisfaction with the service they received from the staff, starting from the bank manager down to the teller. You are not the only bank in the area - BofA, Wells Fargo, Citi Bank, Chase, Union Bank - but your staff acts like prima donnas. Whoever is Larisa, are you not tired of responding to poor customer reviews? You want me to email my experience to the address you provided but for what purpose? It appears the Manhattan Beach branch needs some training on CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Are the reviews here not enough for US Bank to see what's the problem? If the public reviews here do not effect change in how your staff behaves, nothing will, not even sending it to the address you have provided! You want and expect me to spend time discussing my experience with askusbank whatever when your people didn't bother to give me their time to help me with my banking needs? No, thank you! At CitiBank, the staff were so welcoming, came up to me and were earnest to give me assistance with a bright smile in there faces. Your staff on the other hand, they looked at me with a stern face, they could be good poker players!

I have been coming to this location for years, but lately it is always a huge disappointment. One teller in particular that loves to play his power card and say no or argue to simple requests just because he can. I get the coin shortages, but it's like he gets a kick off of being able to restrict the amount. It took me a ridiculous amount of time to get a roll of quarters because he walked as slowly as he possibly could back to the "vault", yet I could see his bald head just standing back there.... Then we have the red headed lady who takes her sweet time too. It's almost like they both are fighting with each other silently on who works the slowest so they don't have to take the next customer.... This is if you're lucky enough to have two tellers. Please do not reply with your automated sorry response (that's pathetic too). I just hope I can detour individuals that are looking to open an account with you. I plan on switching, it's just a pain. Thank God I rarely have to actually go in to the bank now days. It will be nice when I only have to deal with machines... Never thought I would say that....

I'm contacting you due to dissatisfaction a customer service. The branch manager did not even respect me as a once customer to show her face, she relays messages from the teller saying it was the best she can do to assist me. I called the 800- customer care line and they kept referring me back to the branch manager and see if they can assist with the force close $30 fee that I have accumulated. They advised me no one in the call center can make any adjustments to the account because it is close, this is something that only the authority of the branch Manager can assist me with. I kept receiving the runaround. I was advised to contact my main branch I never had a Home branch because I opened my account online. The teller advises me at the Manhattan Beach branch that my whole branch was Gardena's branch because that is the closest to the residence I use on the application. I advised to tell her I never stepped foot in the Gardena branch I did more transaction here in Manhattan Beach and I have done with any other location. My conflict is I am not air responsible if the information was relayed it to me properly I would have to cover the $12 fee I feel like it's a slap in the face to be forced to pay something that I was never advised within the delinquent status my account was force closed, and I am forced to pay a $30 fee... this is totally unacceptable. Because I am a responsible individual. I covered the fee of $42.03 in the Manhattan Beach location today. But I'm totally frustrated, with the lack of respect that I received no one try to De-escalate the issue at all. I should not be forced to pay an account closure fee. I've worked hard for every dime I have and I don't have money to give away. People have became displaced, Active account or not active account I am still a consumer.

The worst banking experience I've ever had with this lady today. We got three security deposit checks from our previous rental place. Cashed them via atm, two got sent back to us. CS told us to come by a branch in person so here we are. My husband and I took turns going in while having our son outside the bank. When I went in, the clerk asked to see my ID. I did not have my drivers license with me but I do have two other government issued IDs with me. She barely looked, and quickly turned me away and said I need my passport. Excuse me? Who would carry a passport around? I felt instantly discriminated, is it because I look foreign so my government issued IDs are not good enough that I needed to provide my passport? I asked her, these two are government issued id, why can't you use them? She looked at them again, didn't explain anything, like if it's banking policy I would understand and comply, instead, she said give me a second and went on her computer for a while clicking and typing. And she eventually took my id to a different person and she came back, wrote down my information on our checks and asked me to sign. After she cashed in the checks, she told me there's a chance the bank still won't take it. I tried to ask her why, since we cashed in three checks(everything the same, only different amount) vis atm and one out of three went through. She cut me off several times as I was still talking. We really wanted to know what triggered the different result so we can avoid it happening next time. She rudely cut me off and didn't even listen to my question, brushing me off like "I don't know" "I don't process the checks myself" "they probably made a mistake I don't know" We are with US BANK for 15 years. I was never on my husband's account. We had joint tax return checks, joint rental deposit checks and other random checks deposit into his account before. No one, no other branches throughout different states ever been this rude and self-righteous to me. Seriously, if you are not happy with your job, you can find a different occupation. You didn't have to be rude and discriminated to the clients coming to the bank on their day off and ruining their day. We will not back and will not recommend this place.

This bank needs to retrain their tellers on customer service it is lacking very much. The manager is very nice but some of the tellers have the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life as you can see by the rest of the reviews on their yelp page

25 minutes for a deposit. It was the longest experience at a bank. Does everyone in a cheap dress or suit think they are smart? Customer service is a thing of the past.

MORALLY BANKRUPT. My story: my account was overdrawn. Oops! No problem, I'll make a deposit. US Bank: cash deposits are no longer immediately available. 24 hour hold. ON CASH. Okay, let's deposit a check. US Bank: mobile deposits are disabled when overdrawn. So you have to get to a bank. Meanwhile, the overdraft fees pile up. This bank is disgusting.

Worst Bank Ever!!! Staff wasn't friendly at all. Only One Teller Open for 5+ Customers. The Assistant Manager was extremely rude. If you bank here, expect poor customer service and a long WAIT TIME!

The bank branch itself is uncrowded, however service is very slow. Parking is a nightmare. Even though there are parking spaces with time limits of 24 minutes, cars are parked there for hours, taking every one of the very few bank parking spaces. Using the ATM is nearly impossible, needless to say if you have to go into the bank, don't even think about it. Bank management is very aware of the problem but chooses to do nothing about it even though customers have complained about this issue many, many times. Avoid this US Bank Branch...you won't be able to park there anyway.

The parking here is a joke. This is a review of the bank and not so much the employees of the branch. This bank is the worst. I have accounts at all the major banks but unfortunately my mortgage and 2 leases were with US Bank and it was pretty poor the whole time. If you want to set up automatic payments as an example you have to fill out forms in triplicate and mail them in like it's 1800s England. I won't do business with this bank again the only reason I have accounts here is because they have to be highly price competitive and also they worked a deal with Tesla to be the only lease program bank initially. I'm sure it's because they don't compete well when consumers have to actually make the choice between US Bank and say a modern bank like Chase. If you want a seamless and modern experience just go to Chase they became my bank through trial and error and I actually enjoy dealing with Chase.
