“Ranisha” was extremely unprofessional, unhelpful and rude, asked me “can you read??” when I needed help with certified mail. She came from the back door and threatened me. I will take every measure to report her. Our tax dollars hard at work here. Unbelievable.

Postage machine broke down and I had a lot of mail to go out. They were courteous and helpful. Most of all patient.

Never going here again. Unhelpful staff would be an understatement. Dropped a package off and it never got scanned or shipped after a week, and they couldn’t help me at all. Hopefully the place will be run by AI soon and not lazy people with poor attitude
