Wow - we ran in the rudest employee I have encountered in a longtime today at Walgreens. Leah is in the wrong industry - not helpful, condescending and unmistakably had a grudge against people. If she is still working there the next time I stop in. I will take my business elsewhere for good.

The pharmacy really isn't that helpful. They never fill the prescriptions when your dr sends them over. You have to call and they give you attitude for calling. The lines take absolutely forever. I've only met one helpful/friendly person in the last 6 years. I go there because of the drive thru option and the location but they have a LOT they can improve on. It's kind of ridiculous.

This is not just about MB, this is about the website and app. There is no way to contact customer service. The search functions are incredibly inadequate. Mostly, tried to communicate how difficult it is to understand the promotions... I give up.

Can the manager of this store if he even reads this make sure that the staff do there jobs and make sure the FOOD and DRINK...and the confectionery is actually IN DATE!!! so so many out of date food, chocolate bars on the shelf, chips, milk you name it!! Do they actually even BOTHER to check the old stock that's on the shelf's? You're selling out of DATE stuff!!!! I have bad stomachache now writing this as I ate an out of date chocolate bar, Disgusting I'm genuinely shocked at Walgreens.

I have ordered my Christmas cards from here the past 3 years and have always had a good experience. This year however, the cards came out super poor quality and I ordered the same card stock I do every year, and used a very high-quality professional photo like I do every year. I decided to return my order and will order from elsewhere that can handle high quality for a fair price.

This used to be a good pharmacy. However, the last 6-8 months it's completely gone downhill. No one answers the phone (so annoying!!!!!!), and the staff for the most part apathetic. One small example, going thru drive-thru, I'm sitting at window and no one is acknowledging me. Ok even though they can see me, I probably have to hit the "call" button. I do that and still nothing. Several mins pass snd finally someone comes and asks if they can help me. Really, 1 of the 3 people in there couldn't have thrown out an "we will be right with you?" Par for the course now with that place.

Lord Please have Mercy on this pharmacy. If their is anyone affected by Covid-19 please run from this place. I took my child to this pharmacy because he recently tested positive for Covid and had a PCR test done. Of course, this required our family quarantine. After nearly a week of quarantine, my child missing school and me missing so many days of work I found out that this Walgreens never sent my child's pcr to the lab and as a matter of fact never even put him in the system to have it picked up by anyone. Now, we have to pay for a hotel room again to have this test done and more missed days of work and school for my child. PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER PHARMACY FOR YOUR HEALTHCARE NEEDS.

Pharmacy staff is not knowledgeable. I come in and ask for a flu shot for a 2 year old, after waiting 30 minutes the technician comes back to me "oops we only do 3 and up"

By far the best Walgreens pharmacy!! They are always courteous, and an employee contacted me yesterday to see if I had. any questions about my medication. They even assisted me to place an order for a refill. Great service, I will always go to Walgreens in Manhattan Beach!By far the best Walgreens pharmacy!! Covid booster email says to "bring a copy of your Covid vaccine card". I brought a picture of my vaccine card and they can not provide me with a card. I have to come another time so they can stamp it. But the email says a copy is sufficient. I wish I knew you had to bring the original, as the email says a copy! Waste of my time.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. My parents were disrespected today thanks to an employee at the pharmacy named Bernice. They called two days prior to confirm walk ins are allowed (which they are) . This morning my parents walked in to an empty pharmacy, my mother handed Bernice her prescription for a shot, and she refused to attend my mother. My father complained to the assistant manager but she was no better, she was too much of a coward to even provide her name. What kind of place is this that you can't provide basic customer service? If your employees can't be polite, helpful, and accommodating then maybe they need to be dismissed. Thankfully my parents went to the Walgreens in a different city and they were helped within 5 minutes. Shame on the employee named Bernice. Shame on management for not having enough pride in their store to hire good employees. Avoid this place at all costs.

I want to like Walgreens, but every time I go in the customer service is beyond lacking, this also refers to the pharmacy. Please get someone in there to train people on how to interact with the public or set a higher standard of work performance and only hire people who can meet it. With employees who don't care, who are on their phones, talk to everybody like it's a pain, I recommend spending your time and you money elsewhere.
