this store has everything you need for the kitchen, upscale to essentials. The workers are always helpful when you need to find something. The store is always stocked and clean.

I went in to make a purchase and was assisted by Marissa, assistant manager at the Manhattan Beach store. She seemed so attentive at first. Then I asked for help with my rewards account. She was looking into my purchase history and was eager to get the situation settled, but told me she needed to check with another office and would get to me. She took my information and gave me hers. She told me to email her if I didn't hear back. I never heard back, so I emailed her. Her response was so unprofessional and she gave me a number that was of no help. When I emailed her back, she never responded. Awful customer service! I am a regular WS customer. I'll really think twice about spending my time there again. Shame on you Marissa!

The assistants were very helpful, not pushy but waited for you to approach them. They were very knowledgeable about their products and could not do enough to please you.

The women working here are airheads. They don't know the promotions/sales going on in THEIR store. Pretty embarrassing. I went online and the same promotion was going on, so I told them I'd just purchase online, then suddenly they wanted to tell me "we can HONOR it for you and you buy it here". No thanks, I'd rather order online with certainty. They act like they were doing ME a favor by honoring it when the 3 signs posted on the shelf were clear as day. Even another customer shopping told me go online and buy it because clearly they don't know their sale.

Getting items for the up coming holidays for cooking. The associates were very helpful with and knowledgeable of the items and she have used some of the items in her own home. A place to keep on your holiday shopping list.

Williams-Sonoma much better now before they would ignore you if they see that you don't have the cash they don't spend the time to say at least hello. But now they have a lot more diversity staffing a lot more friendlier

I came into this location to pick up a gift I bought online. I walked in and walked towards the cashier (older lady with red hair). She never greets me she just stairs at me. I explains to her that I had an order to pick up. After complete silence she then says "what is it"? I tell her what it is then she calls the girl on the girl in the back. She never once says ok it will be a few seconds she just walks away. The other sales associate was amazing thank you Andrea for helping me. I hate that I have to give you two stars but WS you need to train your employees. We are spending to much money to have horrible customer service.

Helpful friendly staff and a neat and organized store makes shopping easier and enjoyable. If an item you need is not in stock an associated is always willing to help you place your online order.

The employees I've interacted with at this location are extremely rude and weirdly elitist. Like, you work at a Williams-Sonoma in the mall not the White House please chill out.

We are long time customer of this location William Sonoma. If you look up my bff's name, he has purchased from this location year round for himself, me, family and his staffs at the office, especially during the holidays. The employees here always so obnoxiously conceded! They don't really care about their customers or go out of their way to assist us to their full potential until they know you're going to be spending a few hundred dollars. Then all of a sudden their attitude changed. Looks like we have to drive a little bit further to the Santa Monica location if the future.

The women who work here could really use some help in the customer service/sales department. I've had some bizarre interactions with the ladies who work here but today takes the cake. This woman who had kind of been following me around the store asked me if she could be of any help. I told her I had a gift card I wanted to spend in store because I didn't want to pay for shipping online (it's insane to me that WS doesn't offer free shipping if you spend over a certain amount). The woman then asked me how much my gift card was for. I told her $100 and she said, "Oh that's fun" and she started to walk further in the store and I assumed she was going to help me look for something "fun" to spend the gift card on. As I was talking to her she literally was walking away and asking another customer if they needed help?! Umm excuse me, were you not just helping me a second ago? I laughed to myself at the absurdity of this woman just walking away WHILE I'm talking to her and promptly left the store. I guess $100 is too little $$$ to this woman and not worth her time. Ooookay.
