Had a bad experience with one of their employees. I came in asking if they sold a particular brand in their store because the brand website says it is sold here. I approached the employee saying loudly “excuse me” to which I was visibly ignored. I asked politely again, “excuse me” asking her the question. She told me she does not think so then asked another coworker saying they don’t know and that they think their “sister store” up the street carries it. The original employee I encountered then told me that I should check that store because “you look like someone who would shop there” and proceeds to say that their sister store they is for a more younger crowd. I am 27 years of age. This left me feeling embarrassed and unwelcome, and I'm hesitant to return to the store after such an experience.

What can I say about Wright's other than amazing! Katije, Emma, and Monica are fantastic and take the time to help pull outfits together. I travel a lot for business and when I am in Manhattan Beach I tend to do a walk/jog along the beachfront (it's gorgeous). Afterwards I pop into Wright's --never judgment when they see this somewhat disheveled woman in need of new clothing. I have travelled the world and truly love this store! So glad I accidentally stumbled upon this hidden gem! They have an excellent tight edit of cool, elevated casual pieces from high quality fashion brands like Nili Lotan and Isabel Marant. They also have newer emerging brands. The salespeople are friendly and passionate about fashion. They have a good eye and their recommendations were spot on! I love it that they suggested a top that I normally wouldn't have considered but when I tried it on, it looked amazing! They are a local family owned business that's been around for a very long time and the vibe is so much better than some corporate store.

I experienced the most genuine hospitality on my most recent shopping trip at Wright’s.As soon as I set foot in the store I was greeted by every member of the female-led team and offered assistance if needed. Its honestly the little things that I feel sometimes get lost in the retail experience, eye contact, positive body language and beautiful smiles.I’ve worked in the service industry for over a decade and know above and beyond service when I see it. The entire team deserves recognition for making me feel so welcome. That feeling the moment I walked in was very memorable so I thought I would take the time to submit a review so everyone can experience the same feeling.Thank you ?

I donno what these people are talking about poor customer service because they're anything BUT POOR customer service ! I shop professionally for a living and I don't go anywhere to personally buy designers for myself unless it's there for the very fact that they care about me and always follow up. I don't care about sale prices and just so you and I know it's a mark up, but this establishment is fabulous for their attention to detail for everyone that walks in here. I've observed other shoppers and they're always taken seriously. Imagine yourself wanting a size as petite as I am I'm not a perfect fit and these people call me when they get something they think I could use and 8-10 times they're on point! People need to get over themselves sheeez

Great boutique clothing store with a nice little selection of men’s clothing. Amazing group that runs the place too - friendly & welcoming. Highly recommend if you want something different than the big box stores and some clothing that feels good as much as it looks good.

AMAZING customer service! I found Wrights MB while searching for my favorite designer brands online. I purchased a dress, which arrived quickly but with a small defect on the front. I emailed the store with photos and they responded right away with an apology and offered a discount or return. I was so impressed by their customer service that I kept the dress with the discount and the discount refund was issued right away. I will definitely be back to shop online and hope to visit in person next trip to Cali! Thank you for the excellent customer care.

I was walking up from the beach and saw a clothing rack outside of the store and then went in and went to town. The clothes are absolutely gorgeous and I received a lot of compliments when wearing them! I'm so glad I stopped by and also met the owner who is sweet as pie! I highly recommend this place!

Pretty poor customer service. The staff didn't communicate with each other at all, when I was trying to purchase a bag that they had "on hold" for me no one else knew what I was talking about when I had called and spoken to them.

Horrible customer service. Drove one hour to come here before 6:00 pm (that's when they're supposed to close), and get here at 5:15 only for the girl to tell me "we're closed sorry, we're short staffed". She and another employee were in there. That isn't short staffed. I explained to her that I just drove one hour to get here, and she said sorry that's unfortunate. It's just wrong. If you say you're open till 6. Stay open. I had to pay a babysitter to make it here.
