This is by far the worst AAA location I have ever been to. The staff is incompetent, their DMV processes are inefficient, and the manager had even worse customer service than the staff so it's no wonder the staff is useless. I might as well go to the DMV direct for the kind of treatment I received. What's the point of being a policyholder and paying for AAA if the branches can't even perform simple tasks and services or handle customers properly?

Went for passport application services offered to members. They upcharged on top of my membership and NONE of the documents they helped fill out were accepted by the passport office. They were very specific that it was unrefubdable. The passport office (not disclosing where so AAA can't sue them) said that this always happens with AAA and people always have to start over. Big ripoff, very dishonest at this office. Will not renew membership, they quoted me literally 4 times the amount another agent sold me auto insurance for, I haven't needed towing in years but it's fair to assume that has gone downhill as well. Other auto insurance agents offer roadside coverage for less. Also face it, the AAA discounts aren't worth it, you can easily find better discounts online these days without paying for a membership.

Been there a few times. Staff is very nice and helpful. Only one time I went there and the staff member working the front reception area was not helpful or friendly. Very sarcastic guy. He had a beard. Other than this one bad interaction I would say all other staff is great.

I've been to this AAA about 3 times so far. Every time has been for DMV purposes. Every time, I've came in the morning and the wait was less than 10 minutes. Every employee that I've came into contact with has been courteous, informative, and helpful. I love how the employees always try their best to help me out and figure out how I can pay for services without drowning in fees. The location is nice, clean, and is very kept up. I would come again and again. Note: For other services, I cannot review them yet.

The ladies in the DMV Part take their darn time and it's really sad because so many people are waiting in line they should just learn to be a little more expeditious

It was not too busy there, as we waited for them to call our name so that we can pay for the tags for our car, and to pay on the Auto Insurance.
