Worst service ever! They deactivated a phone line without authorization and all they did was said sorry there's nothing we can do. The manager was involved aswell but he was rude about it the whole situation aswell. Very disappointing.

Kind of late after my experience, but I had a great experience at this store when I took my new iPhone (which I'd ordered from Apple online) in to get help with transferring everything from my old iPhone. The Sales Manager worked with me and spent hours making sure everything transferred completely. He was such a friendly and great guy! We've always had a great experience here with no pressure at all to purchase anything. I only purchased what I requested to purchase. Thank you for the great experience! (I'd called the store on Daniels Street prior, and they transferred me to someone and got disconnected. I then called back and spoke to a person who hung up after I explained what I needed. Big mistake! I spent some big money!!)

I upgraded my phone and Apple Watch using a couple promotional deals. One was buy a watch and get a $350 credit which I used to buy another watch for my wife. They explained that it will bill me but also provide a credit to make it free. The other deal was trading in my iPhone 11 for a 14 and get $800 turn in credit. ATT is really good at showing you immediately what they are going to bill you but you have to "trust" that the credits come as described verbally because it's no where in the contract terms that I can find. When pressing management n the issue of transparency, you get stone walled being told they cannot provide ANYTHING that's shows the promotional credits. Horrible way to do business.

Worst customer service came in for an order pick up and a screen protector / phone replacement case waited for about 30 minutes. The manager Shimon was just checking people in and told us to wait. There were 2 other sale people and after 30 minutes he told us he can help us. So we pretty much waited as he stood there for 30 minutes. Once he finally decided to help us he gave us the phone we ordered for curbside pickup and told us he would not switch out the phone case even though it's under warranty and we had the receipt because we purchased it from an AT&T store on Daniels and they're a third party. So we waited the entire time for him to just to tell us to go to the other store that it was purchased. Under the warranty it says you can go to any AT&T store to exchange it.

This corporate store is terrible. The wait time is obscured and they staff is extremely slow paced. My desire was to only come in to replace a temper glass and they still couldn't and wouldn't put me on the waitlist. I would have thought that they would have assisted me and had me in and out on with my day. Personally, at that rate I rather just go to an AT&T in the mall where no one goes.

Worse customer service. It takes 4 hrs to get a phone upgrade. They don't have enough personal for customer needs they know and they don't care.

Bad customer service and won't accept your return when you've just bought it... All they care for is to sale the products and sell you accessories you don't need!! Not sure if they get credit.. But be careful when opening new account or adding a line..

8 months later... I find more problems that resulted from my visit at the beginning of the year. During that visit the salesman offered to add a new line to my account free of charge as part of a promotion. I didn't need a new line so I refused his request at first but he persuaded me to take it since it was free. I gave in, thinking there's really no reason not to. Before I completed my visit he gave me a break down of what my payments would be like for the first few months and moving forward. The first few months would significantly higher since I purchased 3 new pieces of equipment and there were costs associated with that. After a few months passed and my payments finally settled at $300 up $100 from before my visit I decided to check my plan to see what was happening. There I find that the new line I added was not Free and I was being charged around $70 more per month. Obviously a mistake with an easy solution right? WRONG. The salesman not only lied about the line being free but for some unexplained reason he tied one of my upgrades to that new line making it impossible for me to remove the line without paying off the installment plan. I'm now in a cat and mouse game with ATT customer service a d this store. So far this store cannot offer me any fair solution other than paying off the device to remove the plan attached to it. If I can offer one piece of advice to anyone looking to shop at this store it would be to stay away. At least in my experience it seams that they will allow their sales team to make a sale by any means necessary. Including flat out lying with absolutely no consequences.

My wife and I went in this store yesterday to be paid back for a $600+ overcharge. We had already spoken with customer service on the phone who were incredibly helpful. And we were told that the store that made the mess up had to pay us back the remaining funds. We sat down with one of the store managers Christian. We explained what had happened. How we were refunded some money but his store was responsible for refunding the rest. Also letting him know if he had any questions he could look at the notes from our talk with Customer Service or we could call them up and we could all talk with them.Right away Christian was very dismissive and belittling to us. First saying that AT&T was not responsible for this massive overcharge and that this falls on us. No matter what we said he was just brushing it off, rolling his eyes and not sharing our concern about being overcharged as much as we had been.He looked through our account claiming that he did not see any notes at all. All he saw was we had already been refunded $300+ but does not see anything about his store having to refund the rest. Because a corporate store like his has a different refund policy as customer service. And he has never see something like this where his store would have to pay us back.He then excused himself to go check our account in the computer, having a very poor attitude almost like we were causing him to do something other than sell a phone. He came back about 5min later saying that he still could not find any notes on our account. But he said he did leave a message with his supervisor because the supervisor needs to authorize this refund. We asked Christian when would he expect to hear back from his supervisor. "I don't know, it could be today, tomorrow or whenever he decides to call me back." We asked is there a way we could call him and walk him through everything. Christian responds with, "No, we never give out that number. Only the managers are supposed to talk with the supervisors." We are then told his supervisor never comes in the store and works from home.My wife and I ended up having to call back customer service and by some miracle they were able to read back all the notes from our previous call with customer service. After we told them about our experience with Christian at the store they instantly disputed all of the claims that he made to us. Saying that he was a very uninformed manager and they apologized for the misinformation he was telling us. Customer service has helped get us back most of the money yesterday and hopefully we will have the rest today. We have worked with other people at that store about a year ago and it was pleasant. But this last experience with Christian has put a real sour taste in our mouth. We still love the AT&T product but will always recommend people to go to any other store.
