The service representatives were very helpful and answered all my questions. All my questions answered were taken care of.

I had a wonderful experience at the AT&T store thanks to the help of both John and Justin. I came in with an issue with my hotspot device, and both of them were extremely kind, patient, and professional. John was very helpful and took the time to go through different solutions, and then Justin was able to pinpoint the exact issue and get it resolved. I truly appreciated their teamwork and willingness to help. Great service from both — thank you, Justin and John!

Hello friends, I went to the T&T store today. I got my old line repaired. I paid 110 dollars and asked them to give me a new phone. They laughed at me for an hour because I didn't know English. They laughed at me for an hour. After two hours, they told me that you can't take this phone. It won't be legible. You won't have credit. They sent me WiFi at home. They laughed all day. There was zero staff.

Not a great experience. We came to pick up an order and were greeted like we were bothering them. It seemed like the staff didn't want us there since it's about closing time.
The service was unhelpful at best. We had already brought in the phone for a trade-in, but Justin told us we needed to call AT&T ourselves to adjust our plan. Later, we went to a different store and found out, they could've handled everything right there- meaning the first store simply didn't want to deal with the full process.
Overall, it felt like we were brushed off and not taken seriously. Definitely not the level of service I expect from AT&T.

Liz saved my day big time! I’ve had an SOS/no SIM error on my iPhone 13 off and on the last couple of months. Liz quickly knew my issue and converted me to an eSIM and solved my problem in a few minutes. Fantastic service!

Had the best experience at this store. Juan was very helpful with switching my plan over and with setting up my new phone. He was very thorough and explained everything to me. 10/10 recommend this store to anybody and help from Juan as well!

I came to AT&T 3/18/2024 around 2:30ish Jennifer was helping me out because my phone is broken. she’s going above and beyond for me she’s really going all out trying to fix my issue mean while helping two lady’s came in… Jennifer said ‘ill be with you in a moment’ Twice .. they had to wait but we had to wait until they verify me, it took a long while. They asked Jennifer if she was on break she said her co worker was that she’s the only one on the floor for the moment. They kept asking if she was on break.She was HELPING ME. I feel bad that’s she being talk down on..
