Never get ATT high speed internetThey have outage for days . Customer service is a nightmare.No one has any idea what’s going on , they don’t fix it for daysNever trust them.

Justin at the AT&T store on Daniels in Manteca helped us move 3 lines to AT&T from 2 different carriers over to brand new iPhone upgrades. We got to keep our numbers and he walked us through every step making, sure all was taken care of before we left. He not only knew the answer to every question we threw at him, but was super friendly about it, too. Great store, forthright employees. 5 star experience.

i went to 3 at&t store every employee did not know what they were doing or wanted to do their job. came to this location i was greeted by victor elijah i believe. great customer service . straight to the point explained everything detailed and help me get me on a new phone plan and new number , at&t needs more employee like this. he fulfilled his role did his job smoothly i thought he was a manager at this location if he isn't . then at&t needs to promote this man for his excellent performance, and acknowledge his skill and promote him as a manager at this location, once again i am very satisfied and will be coming back to this location in the future at&t. victor elijah 5 stars service. deserve a promotion.

Don’t hand your phone to Justin the assistant manager he will scratch it and make unreasonable excuses on why he can’t fix it. The guys appearance it self is very unprofessional. He even had huge nails and was digging on the corner of my screen while saying hmmm at the same time. The dude is a actual clown.

My husband and I went to the other AT&T store on Hulsey Drive in Manteca with questions out our bill and to see if we could get a better plan. We weren't getting much help they acted like we were imposing. We told them we were thinking about switching providers instead of them trying to keep us as customers they told us if we switch got to Verizon. So we went to this store on Daniels and even though they were busy when we walked in they acknowledged us. We asked our questions about our bill they were very helpful and made us feel like we were important to them. we Explained that we were considering switching providers and how the other store told us to go to verizon. Because the employees at the Daniels store were so helpful and acted like were important we decided to stay with AT&T and we will take our business to the Daniel Street store.

Professional, friendly, knowledgeable staff ... Justin, Victor, and Joey, really went above and beyond to resolve my issue and even helped me with more than I initially came in for ... I live quite a distance from this store but I will drive to that store for any future AT&T needs

you guys are losing customers due to Juan’s horrible customer service skills. Has a very low tempter and a huge attitude with those seeking help. If he hates his job so much, maybe he should choose a different career. I don’t appreciate spending so much money for this service to deal with disrespectful workers. I will no longer be dealing with At&t due to his horrible customer service skills. Somebody needs to go through the training process again because you’re losing people due to his actions.
