This bank is okay. Yesterday, a Asian American worker wanted to help me (might be bank manager) while I was in line. I did not ask for help and I did not need help. I did not like her bothering me when I was in line.

If I can give this location a zero stars, I would. Incredibly rude staff who doesn’t seem to care about the bank business or customer service. The Branch manager and the banker Leonard Lavya told me the wait for the walk in would be one hour which I happily acknowledged and waited. After waiting for an hour and half, the staff told me that they are not able to accommodate me today. I understand if you are busy- at least don’t make people wait for an hour long only to tell them that you can’t accommodate them that day. No respect for other people’s time. The Spanish speaking tellers prefer to accommodate Spanish speaking customers first even if the others have been waiting longer, very racist behavior!! The staff at this Manteca location should be fired and replaced with more professional folks.

Unfortunately I had the displeasure of needing to visit a branch for some issues concerning fraud.Wait times are incredibly long. I needed to be in-person for verification purposes, and waited an hour for an associate to come, just to be put on the phone with customer service and wait for another half hour.Once I needed an associate again, I find they had all gone to lunch. A heads up would've been nice. The telephone agent was amazing and so understanding.I couldn't remember the associate who helped me since he left so quickly, but the telephone agent was Ariannaa and she was great.If I didn't have any credit cards here, I would dump these guys in a heartbeat. But I let these cards just sit there and collect age. Unfortunately when potential fraud happens, it can't be avoided to not go here, ugh.This was a huge reminder to support credit unions and dump these big banks.My credit union: Valley Strong credit union, is so reliable and quick to help in any matter. Love them!

I visited the bank to get something valuable from my bank locker which I needed the same week. However, the manager didn’t allow me to take my valuable out of my locker because my ID was expired. I am really thankful to Jennifer and Nancy for helping and sorting this out. I was able to get my valuable the same week so I really appreciate all the help from Jennifer and Nancy. Thank you.

I'd rather bank somewhere else. I've been banking here for over 20 years. Today I went to deposit a check but it was written in my maiden name. I called customer service they said just to take in proof it was me. I took in a birth cert, marriage license, utility bill in my name and my old ss card showing maiden name. The lady manager annoy3d the crap out of me, she requested a valid photo ID with my maiden name. Wtf? I said I got married 14 years ago...why would I have a valid ID today showing my maiden name. I get fraud us high right now but come in. She irritated me to the point I just want to switch banks. I called customer service again and even the rep was wondering why the Mgr is requesting a bizarre request. I didnt want to deal with that same manager again so I just called the vendor that sent me the check and put in a claim to swap my name on their part. Yes my bad I should have done that in the beginning but come on I was trying to show you hella proof it was all still me!

Highly do not recommend this bank . I went in to make a deposit in cash and somehow the next day they lost the money and the money was no longer in my account. No other transactions have happened on my account, and they had me come back in with my receipts to prove to them that I didn't make that deposit.

Worst Bank Ive Ever Been Too. They always make things a hassle when you come in and give you an excuse that "its for your protection". Both Janette and May Belle Macadangdang have terrible attitudes and give misleading information. I would NOT recommend going here and having to deal with either one of them. I would rather lick the ground. Get BETTER TELLERS !

their online banking is ok but going to this branch in Manteca is not a very enjoyable experience, long lines due to less tellers, this has been happening since the pandemic but as covid is tapering off there is no change on how they deal with these long lines with one or two tellers, customer service is not very attentive i guess and they must be also cutting cost

Worst costumer service ever, I don’t even know how they can still be on business giving this type of service to there customers! Always 2 tellers for 50 people in line, I know they are going to say that you can save time using the ATM BUT… there is transaction that you can’t do on the ATM unfortunately. Tellers spend extra time moving a pen or paper from one place to the other instead of taking the next customer, they make you feel like they are doing it on purpose! Are they even aware that they have a job thanks to the people/customers that bank with BANK OF AMERICA?? I can believe this situation keeps going on. I’m hopping this branch closed soon and costumers move to a different Bank like Wells Fargo or F&M. Where costumers are there priority..

The wait time is ridiculous, only 2 tellers for a big line of people, I've been waiting for 40 minutes while they take the people on the business line first then you, they should have a teller for business or have them wait in line just like everyone else.
