Filthy dirty! Drove up with reservations through Priceline with my 84 year old mother. Finally found the room with people smoking off the balconies and spitting, then asking me for money. The room was smokey and unacceptable. I checked out immediately! BW refuses to return our money to my mother's card.

I had 3 different rooms and every single room was filthy and or had a smell of wet dog. They didn't offer to refund my night for 07/11/24 because I had already checked in. How about yal Start offering room tours before check in because the cleanliness of the hotel is not my responsibility and had I known it was filthy I would have never booked Here. I would like my money back for 07/11/24. I did not stay here and this hotel was filthy. I do not recommend anybody staying here..

Overall will not recommend and will never stay here again. For the price the hotel is so dated, and just not worth the ick. The location is convenient yes but to get in to the parking lot is not and it’s just busy and loud right next to the freeway. Another review mentioned night guard/staff-I did not notice that at this place so I think it’s a fake review!
Also rating cleanliness poor! The room smelled like cigarettes, and was overall funky and musky. There were cigars that were put out on and left the ac unit right outside the door. When booking I noted that I had four people in my stay and they gave me one towel, and rag??♀️. My window had no locking mechanism. There was Mold around the vent in the bathroom, hairs in the shower?, corners were grungy dirty, a half used roll of toilet paper just refolded. I was definitely grossed out by the carpeting and the room in general.
The pool and hot tub were filled with debris from the surrounding trees. I used the broken pool cleaner to filter out some of it so we could even justify a swim. The breakfast was pretty decent but the host in their not friendly.

Got there late and tired. One of the beds had what I assume to be bed bug stains, and when checked closer, lots of specs(droppings?), and a carcass of a bug. Never saw any live bugs but lots of evidence they had been there. Did not stay for the second night we paid for as I couldn't sleep the first night. Ended up at the Hilton tru directly behind. Much nicer and cleaner for the same price.

House keeping is always making sure I have all my ameneties I could say I feel comfortable environment I've been coming here for the past 1 year the front desk is very friendly and kind they always put me in a great upgrade as a diamond select memeber! The breakfast is always bomb they do keep up making store it's stocked over all I always have a amazing stay ! I would recommend coming here if you staying in the area

This was my second time staying there I can say they have poor service help and poor customer service. Very rude customers they took off one of our nights for no reason. Very rude towards us tried kicking us out and wouldn't let us get our stuff until we said we’d call police. Besides that breakfast is good and the pool as well. Pretty sure their beds have bed bugs, I have rashes fr staying there. Everyone is rude including the housekeepers, just judging and staring. Be careful and pay attention to prices and how they charge you because they tell you a different story each time and mess you up in the end. If you plan on staying be careful and just notice what you're being charged for they’ll start charging you extra out of no where. 0/10 not staying again.

We called a head of time to ensure that the jacuzzi was working since that is the main reason why we chose to stay there. We were told it was working but the water was cold. Super disappointed. The rooms were ok, the breakfast was good. The jacuzzi not working really ruined our whole stay.

Room 305 was horrific.
Someone must have stayed there with many cats that pissed on everywhere in room. If it wasn't pets then it's human urine. Which is worse. They had the Ac fan set to max , as if that would help.
Rancid noxious smell of cat piss/ ammonia.
Maybe the other rooms are fine.
I'm not gonna risk it. I won't be back. Wasted 100 ish bucks.
Theres too many other options. No need to stay here.
Im curious why the gentleman that was working the front desk gave me 305 to begin with.... This problem could have been avoided.
Check the cameras and ask him about the in depth conversation he was having with the guest before me. Maybe he was distracted by the guest talking his ear off, while other guests were waiting to check in.
Allow me to help u out some more :
"Hello, good evening , I'll be right with you once I'm done helping this guest"
Instead, you just kept talking and ignoring... maybe the guest you were helping would have shut up, if you would have said what I wrote above.. you must have been helping him for 15 minutes or more. At 3am.
None of this would have mattered if you provided an acceptable room.

Clean hotel with key card lock access to stairs to external room hallways. Bed soft, internet worked, water pressure adequate.
