I was Dr. Bobson's first patient. He has been my doctor for 40+ years. Dr. Bobson is someone that cares about his patients and knows them on a personal basis. I have never had any issues with his staff and they have often gone out of their way to help with pharmacy or insurance issues.

Dr. Bobson referred me to a GI specialist when I was having severe stomach pains. That doctor referred me to a surgeon who, along with her team, voted unanimously that I was in need of a Whipple procedure. After 2 months of walking 5-10 miles/day and physically and mentally preparing for what is one of the most complex surgeries there are, I was as ready as I could be. A couple of weeks before the surgery was to occur, I did some googling and located the surgeon who had performed more of these procedures than any doctor in the world. I was able to send him MRI results, biopsy results, and everything else in my records, and within 3 days I had a video visit with this surgeon, who happens to be 3,000 miles away in NYC.After review of my records, the NYU (NYC) doctor advised against the surgery. He said the tumors in my pancreas had less than a 3% chance of turning to cancer, and the risks from such a procedure simply outweighed the reasons to proceed. Sutter, where the local surgeon was from, told me the chances were 30%. I was able to get the 2 surgeons to discuss the case via phone, and the conclusion was clearly to not proceed with the surgery.Over a year after the diagnosis, I was doing fine until I started experiencing stomach pains and irregular bowel movements. After a call to the NYU office, I was advised that the tumors in my pancreas might have caused a condition called EPI, and I needed to get a California doctor to order the tests (NY still doesn't have the license to even order bloodwork without a Ca doctor actually ordering the tests.I called my local GI, and was told I'd be contacted tomorrow morning to set up the tests. That was a week ago. Tired of waiting, I called Dr. Bobson to see if he could help. The office informed me that he only was willing to talk on the phone once per year. Any other appointments had to be conducted in person. Understanding the severity of the situation, they were able to get me an appointment for 2 days later.Evidently, Dr. Bobson had already talked with his staff and knew why I was there. Within 30 seconds after he walked into the room, Dr. Bobson launched into a tirade like I have never, ever experienced from a medical professional in all of my 69 years on earth. "YOU WANT ME TO F%#N talk to a F'N surgeon from NY WHO I DON'T EVEN KNOW?!? WHAT THE F$#K IS WRONG WITH YOU?! If YOU HAD EPI YOU'd BE SCREAMING IN AGONY! THEY JUST WANT TO SELL YOU F$#N ENZYME PILLS". It went on and got worse from there.I had been going to Dr. Bobson for 20 years, so the experience was quite a shock. I was so numb and startled by his reaction, I could barely get out a word. He has been talking about retirement ever since I met him, and I have said on numerous occasions, he seems to hate his job more and more with every year. So, yeah, I guess I should have found another GP a while ago, but never in a million years would I have thought I'd ever witness such a despicable display by anybody in the medical profession.Honestly, I cannot compose the words that come close to explaining what a horrific experience this was. I know doctors are human and perhaps Dr. Bobson has personal issues going on in his life that caused him to totally lose it, but this seriously appeared to be some sort of psychotic breakdown. So now I have no GP at all. I wouldn't go back to Dr. Bobson if he called up and apologized and offered me free treatment for the rest of his life. I'm no psychologist but if ever there was a person in need of serious therapy, it's this guy.At the moment I have no way to get these tests ordered. Waiting lists to get to a new GP are 6-12 months!I would have to give Dr. Bobson -2 starts, simply based on his bedside manner. Seriously, absolutely frightening. I only wish I had the visit on video. This guy needs some serious help, and my guess is, the staff is aware of it. When I came out of the office there was absolute silence by the front desk. Dr. Bobson's rant, sprinkling FU$K in his sentences, was loud and clear, and no doubt permeated the wa

Receptionists always have a horrible attitude and customer service skills are lacking. Always a problem when visiting this practice. I would avoid this place if at all possible.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Bobson for 25 years. He has always gone above and beyond to make sure I'm healthy. He's quick, knowledgeable, and meticulous.Over the years, the only issues I've had are with his staff. I let him know, and he always resolves it in front of me. The staff are very responsive, and are good at making sure you're taken care of as well. I've only waited for more than ten minutes in the lobby once, which was during COVID.

In my 9 years I've worked I've never been discriminated by an employer.Yesterday I met with Anne Babson the wife of Dr Craig Babson who my school paired me with for an open position she wanted to meet at a local Starbucks so we did, hours prior she told me it didn't matter how I dressed. Mind you I just moved here from AZ so I was also running errands this day so I wasn't (dressed to impress) I have multiple tattoos that are visible. Didn't think much of it, I felt like she was judging me with her eyes. At the end of the interview she offered me a job position I left there happy as can be! Next day she texts me that my job position is no longer available. So when I felt her being judgemental I was right, I gave her the benefit of the doubt. And I was right.. not only is this discrimination because none of my tattoos are anything bad but she offered me a job one day next day she takes it away not even a call she TEXTS it to me. And this lady was so sweet I really liked her but just goes to show salt and sugar look the same! And if she works at this location I can only imagine the discrimination she uses against patients I'm highly disappointed as this was very wrong.

Great office! Once you arrive, they call you back within 5 minutes. They always have appointments available and don't overbook themselves. When I show up it's always just me and one other patient if that. Dr. Bobson is a bit short, but Rhonda and Dr.McCreedy seem to take their time. If it's quick or check up, go with Bobson. If it is more of an investigative issue, go with the latter two. I haven't been seen by the other doctor, so I can't make any comments on him.

This was my first visit to this group and my first visit to a doctor for me since 1992. Dr. Maccready was kind, interested, and compassionate on my first visit. This was especially important since my emergency visit to Doctors Hospital on Friday. I hope that this will continue, once I have lab tests, and a cardiology visit.

I chose Dr. Bobson for my doctor when I moved to Manteca 20 years ago, I love Dr. Bobson. When my boys turned 18 they chose Dr. Bobson as their doctor also. I now see Rhonda Brazil the nurse practitioner and I can't say enough wonderful things about her. She has been there for me everytime I have needed medical care, I trust her completely. I have read some of these negative reviews and can only think the people writing them must have been at a different doctors office. In 20 years I have never had a bad experience at this medical facility. I love North Street Family Practice and especially Rhonda Brazil.

Dr. Bobson is very informative and kind. He gives you his full attention and will do all that he can to remedy your ailments. His staff is very courteous, patient and friendly. I had a health issue for over a year and went to several doctors, Dr. Bobson, was the only one to take time to find out was causing my health problem.I am completely satisfied with Dr. Bobson and will continue to keep him as my Primary Doctor .

One poor decision after another from this so called MD. Save yourself time and quite possibly your life by spending a minute to find an actual professionable Doctor!

I have been a patient of Rhonda's for a very long time and she is absolutely amazing and has helped me through some hard times. She was not in the office on a day I needed to be seen so I was seen by Dr. Sain for the first time. It was approximately a 5 minute interaction in which I was prescribed the medication I needed however, in the midst of small talk, he asked about my occupation. After learning I am a pregnant nurse not vaccinated for COVID-19, his tune changed. He attempted to provide to me a lecture regarding my vaccine status and when I politely made him aware of the fact that I've had several of the same lectures and was not interested in having that conversation due to the fact I was in the office for a completely unrelated issue, he very rudely called me a "Trumper". I had never met this man, he knew nothing about me yet made accusatory assumptions. I've never met a physician so judgmental and unprofessional. I will not be seeing him again and feel sorry for his regular patients who are made to feel the way I did after that visit. Medicine should never be about politics, and doctors should never discriminate based on what they ASSUME a patients political views are. Treat my illness. The rest is not your business.
