Kassandra is the best. She helped me and my daughter with making sure we were properly fit into our boots. She explained “in detail” how our boots should fit, what to expect (when putting our boots on), and how to stretch them out to get the perfect fit. She also solved problems we presented her with. Kassandra knows her stuff. I’ve never had a store clerk at a shoe or clothing store be so sweet, helpful, genuinely concerned, and professional all at the same time. The major plus was having me use the boot jack and showing us how to use it. That thing’s an amazing little tool! Thank you, Kassandra!! I’ll be asking for her the next time I go in there and need help. The five stars are specifically for her.The only negative is when my daughter and I went to go pick up her boots, there was some short and round brunette that made a stupid and snide remark. I’m guessing she may be a manager or some type of lead person. Whatever position she holds, she was rude and unprofessional. She must’ve come from the Modesto store where they’re very horrible and rude.

They have work clothes there which is a plus as well as work boots. Very nice staff. A lot more diverse selection of items than I thought.

Came here for the first time in December and loved it. We've always stayed away because we thought it would be overpriced. Came to know that the boots that we looked at were priced normally as most places, yet not cheap.The employee was extremely helpful and nice. She took the time to break down boots and what to look for as it was going to be my first pair. She explained the different between leather soles, mixed soles, and rubber. She informed us of wide calf boots for thicker legs. Great knowledge and super helpful. I think her name was, Sam who was a seasonal but I may be wrong. You rock, Sam!We also learned that they can clean hats there too, even for those that weren't purchased at the store. Can't wait to come back and order my first pair!

Nice store, prices ok looking in sales racks can produce good deals. A little confusing on discounts vs the app, nice quality if you don't mind spending more
