Consumer beware!! The cancellation process is an absolute nightmare. I had spoken to the owner Steve last year about my cancellation due to moving out of state. Steve said “he would take care of it “ and we left it at that. Come to find out my account remained open for months until I recently found out. The owner Steve is a cheapskate who will go after you for every single penny. Steve will even be petty and send you to collections. Do your self a favor and choose a different gym.

I wouldn’t recommend this gym to anyone. We decided to end our membership because we were moving out of state. Management told us they would waive the cancellation fee and we just got a letter on the mail from a collection agency asking for payment. Management lied to us! Avoid at all costs!! Very deceitful the way they run things.

I paid for membership online through my job with Abinity Active and Fit, the employee Hugo was extremely rude told me I can't workout until 12pm Monday after a manager sets up the membership In store I showed him my membership pass and receipt. He was very unprofessional wouldn't let me talk too a manager and told me I couldn't get a refund for the month of January I've tried coming in 3 different times too meet up with the manager this month since Jan 18th too set up my membership that I've already paid for. I don't understand why I'm able too purchase my membership online if I'm not able too use it due too my work schedule and life responsibilities it's hard for me to come in after 12pm, and all he did was give me attitude the second I walked inside like I was causing a problem. His customer service is extremely poor. However the gyms clean and a great environment I'm extremely disappointed in the customer service I was given

I love this place and always have The New location is even better, w/ a pool and basketball gymnasium The owner and staff are always professional and more than polite. I would recommend this FULLY Stocked gym to All. I'm Dan Freeman and I approve this gym

Went today with intent to open a membership for my Husband and brother.They had previously talked to Steven (owner) about pricing. I only heard good things about him. Great guy!Unfortunately, We met HUGO at the front desk and we let him know about Steven’s offer. He became so defensive and very aggressive saying “Steven wouldn't say that” I didn't like how his demeanor changed almost accusing us of lying. I immediately called him out that he didn't have to make us feel some type of way.He didn’t like how he got called out and got even more aggressive. Wow I have no words. It’s just sad how he treated us.Im a business owner myself and Im positive this business will continue to lose clients because HUGO.P.S. we signed one year membership with IN SHAPE today glad we brought our business somewhere else.

Owner is super nice . The guy on front right now super rude I guess his on steroids or something. I was trying to get 3 memberships and I told him that the owner gave me this deal of paying monthly without initial fee just the month payment and he told me that it was only 24 hours deal with a bad actitud. I was trying to get my family to join this gym but no Thank you . Hopefully the owner gives him a better customer service skill . Really disappointed

I liked the gym. But was disappointing when trying to cancel my contract. Was told several different numbers when trying to do so. I had to find my contract in order to pay the right amount. Kept trying to charge me more than what was listed in the contract. Very shady

Awesome Gym. Had a real good time working out, great variety of machines. Weights, etc.The dry sauna is lit , the way it should be.Truck parking in the back of the buildingThanks Stephen!Be back when I'm around.
