I normally do not shop here for my bird food but today I had to and I'm glad I did cuz I meaty Woodstock.
Special shout out to Moe, Steven and Kim. Awesome people top rated I've been treated like part of the family. I suspect Woodstock gets his chill factor from Moe his mischievousness from Steven and Kim Sweet Disposition I would imagine. Thank you guys I appreciate you.

Love this place. They so helpful and educational. When my dog got sick and wouldn’t eat they suggested a supplement and fresh dogs food for her to eat. She bounced back and started gaining weight again. Great place with so many choices! Good prices and my dog loves visiting there. Highly recommend!

I spoke with Manager Jamison he was very kind and helpful. He made everything right and then some need more customer service like this. He went above and beyond to help make my experience better.
Super disappointed my cousin recommended this store for turtles as I didn’t want to go to pet smart or petco. Me and my kids went to store on Sunday to get stuff for tank and I was speaking with Vince he had tattoos about the turtles and I showed him which one we wanted and he confirmed not once but 2 times as I asked him was he sure on the price he pointed to tag and said it was $29.99 I told him I would be back the next day to get turtle as we were setting up the tank that day also would like to add that I live in Tracy. Now Monday comes and we drive to store and I ask for the turtle and I also advise I was there yesterday and the guy told me it was $29.99 this guy said I’m not sure how much and he said none of the tags match that turtle so now a supervisor I believe Nicole comes over and she has to look up the turtle and I’m there forever she said first it was this one other turtle that was $89 I think then she left and came back said it’s $69.99 I advise I was told 2 times that the turtle was this price and if I wanted the $29.99 dollar turtle I could have just stayed in Tracy and not made an extra trip to Manteca as pet smart has same turtles the lady was extremely rude that helped me was loud and other people could hear her I asked for another manager she said it was just her but store manager she could call she walks off comes right back and said they didn’t answer but I can give you $10 off after I damn near was in tears because I was mad I drove there and they wouldn’t honor the price I was told the turtle was. I will not be back it’s sad because it’s a nice store but no one knows things or prices and feel like they just make them up how does NO one know a turtle and the prices also my tank accessories didn’t work had to go back and the lady helped me did return and now someone else comes over as I’m leaving and ask me rude did I use the item so she knows if she is to put it back on shelf and she was loud I said I tried it and I already told the first person it was defective one other note I called back up there at 730 pm on Monday and asked the lady that answered the phone who the supervisor name was that day and she asked me why and I told her I was going to file a complaint and she asked why and could she help me I told her what was going on she said oh yea I remember she said just go ahead and fill out complaint manager will see it.

I LOVE CARTER'S, BUT! I was there after work yesterday. My dog loves Bil-Jac treats. Couldn't find them. I asked the cashier (a girl with tight, curly hair with facial piercings) if they were available, another employee said they haven't had them in a while, she said, 'Well, I guess not!' Rude. Then I notice at the counter, a display of popcorn bags drizzled in chocolate. I asked her, 'Is this for pets or humans?' She told me with a light attitude they were for humans, not pets. WHY are you selling human food with pet food!! There's a chance someone will think it's for dogs, and feed their animals toxic food!! Poor planning at the Manteca location. Another customer had been waiting for several minutes for assistance. I work in Stockton, so I just might see how they operate. Very disappointing.

Absolutely love this pet store. We started going here recently and I’ll never buy my pet food anywhere else! They have a wide variety of all different kinds of foods for ALL animals, dogs, cat, birds, fish, etc. I buy my dog’s food here specifically, and they have it cheaper there than anywhere else I’ve bought it before. Definitely recommend coming here and supporting this small business. The workers here at this location are also nice and welcoming as well.!
