This shop is an absolute joke and should not even be allowed to touch a car. Since the second we brought our car into this shop following an accident over a year later, it has been nothing but a nightmare. During the initially repairs, they severely mishandled several repairs or missed obvious damages and issues that were cause by the accident. To today, a year later, and our dealership is still finding issues with their past repairs such as pieces put in backwards/upside down, missing all together, or left loose and unsecured. It’s to the point where the dealership is unsure how the car has been able to drive up to this point and how unsafe the vehicle is following this shops repairs. Having to pursue things further with insurance but save yourself the trouble and avoid this shop from the get go.

This place is fantastic. They do excellent work. Put my truck in on Monday for repairs and they already had it ready for me by Wednesday. There was a lot of damage, but you couldn't tell it now. It looks like it just came off the showroom floor. They kept me informed of everything they were doing. Excellent customer service. I recommend this place to everybody. When I got to work this morning people were admiring the job that was done and how quickly it was done and how good it looked. Couldn't tell that it ever had any damage. They repaired the front end, the hood, the fender and two doors. It was in pretty bad shape, but boy she sure looks good now.

Someone hit my back fender while parked. They popped it out, and painted it, in a day. Great job, and very honest and friendly people. Was a little shocked, when they charged me 3% for using my visa, so take cash!

Excellent first class service by all technicians and Ryan Whalen who kept in touch thru the whole process on my repairs. The car looks beautiful and I would say it looks as great as the first day I bought my car. Thank you so much for A+ service

If I could give this company 10 stars, I definitely would. This review is specifically for Matt McDermott. He told my husband and I that he’s been in business for over 45 years and I definitely know why because his customer service goes beyond measure! His professionalism and honesty sets him apart from the rest and his compassion to do the right thing by helping others speaks for itself. Thank you so much for all your help on the Toyota Corolla.

I would wholeheartedly recommend this location! Bring your car here, and you'll have no worries. The owner's name is Matt, and one thing I can say is that he cares about his company. The first few times I came in, he didn't remember me, but as I brought my car in often, he definitely remembers the vehicles he works on. He treats my vehicle with TLC every time. I never worry about leaving my car overnight; the facility is gated, and Matt knows his cars!

Work is done poorly and customer service is absolutely terrible. They lack accountability and will not own up to their mistakes, rather call you a liar and say that did not happen while your vehicle was there. If you get referred there by insurance or anyone else, IMMEDIATELY request a different shop.

Shop is unorganized, unprofessional and rushed. Manager lacks integrity and craftsmanship. It was already uncomfortable expressing the concerns regarding my first repair but even worse having to address the defects on the recent work they completed in order to honor their warranty.Upon immediately notifying the Manager, Matt, of the defects and supplying photographs, he gaslit the situation by saying "there's no way because I helped put the bumper on myself."I've added photographs below of what he says isn't possible, as well of my lifting bumper guard and photographs of the initial work from 2019. You'll see the paint has impressions under the tail lights in both repairs compromising the integrity of the entire paint job. I do not recommend this shop. If using AAA for repair, please save yourself the hassle and do your research.

Had. My air conditioning repaired here at the Manteca shop I was very impressed by the communication of one employee name Marvin Castro, I've been here at this shop repairing my vehicle before and never had service like before. My vehicle was here for about 3 weeks and he kept me informed about things that were getting done and needed to get done and even help me with getting a hold of my adjuster through my insurance because My adjuster was very hard to get a hold of but he took care of everything for me. What an awesome person .Companies need people like this on their teamMrs ApontesThank you for a great job Marvin

Wow - wonderful folks to work with and professional! They are so helpful, patient with all my questions and concerns and they go above and beyond. I had an issue with my paint that everyone assumed was going to be covered by warranty. When it was declined, they came right over and handled it!! They were efficient and everything came back looking awesome! Above all, they just didn't have tunnel vision and do only what was needed but made sure my van came back better than when it went in!!! Now that's pure kindness and professionalism!!! THANK YOU! I will never forget your kindness Matt M and team! Thank you for your hard work!

This is a really nasty place to take your cars please don't take your car here .I should of just left my truck alone over $3,000 down the drain now that i want to sell my truck to carmax they want to deduct $2,000 because of the damage still has..Junk worse shop ever ???????Services: Painting
