Understaffed, extremely slow and the staff does not know how to do standard transactions with out additional help. Waited over 1hr with 5 people ahead of me in line and two tellers working. Ridiculous. It's always like this.

Coming here always sucks. They need to update the atm software so that we could use out phones here. Ever freaking time. I wait in line for fake promises.

I've never had a bad experience here. They're always very friendly and helpful. Today management came out to greet guests; that was really nice esp during the stressful times of covid (&the election). Great job to this particular branch!!

Usually when I come into this Chase , I get everything taken care of no problem and good customer service. However, every time I go to the teller and get the African American woman with light complexion, I have a bad experience. Her customer service skills are bad and she's super rude. She does not greet the customer(s) in a welcoming way. I went in today to do 2 different things. After I finished my first transaction, she didn't ask if I needed anything else. I then proceeded to tell her I needed to do another transaction (withdraw $) and she didn't ask how I would like my bills or if I wanted an envelope. This is not my first bad experience with her , as I have had several. I don't know her name because she never wears her name tag unlike the others. If you go to this Chase, avoid being helped by her.

We were fed up with our old bank, changing their hours, long lines, not enough tellers etc so after making a few phone calls decided on chase. went in and set up our accounts with the minimum amounts needed. the new account guy was friendly enough. First off we ordered our new checks to have our phone number on them, even went through all the stuff to get it done, We got our new checks fast enough but NO PHONE NUMBER!!!! Second, we asked the guy about holds on State of CA payroll checks, he said "NO HOLDS" So after 3 weeks of getting everything set up, transferring automatic utility (etc) payments and one payroll direct deposit to the new account etc. etc. went in and made a first deposit, And guess what? FUNDS WON"T BE AVAILABLE FOR 9 DAYS!!!!!!!!! Thankfully we haven't closed the old bank accounts completely yet, We are still looking for a new bank, but as soon as I can get everything moved back to the old one we are closing the Chase accounts.

I was in last week on Wednesday 5/3/17. I needed to withdrawal some money from my account but the ATMs were busy and the tellers looked free so I decided to walk in. I didn't get the tellers name since she wasn't wearing her badge and I forgot to ask but she was quite rude. I can describe her as African American with a light complexion and really curly short hair. First off, I don't expect to be treated like royalty but I do expect a nice greet and at least good basic customer service. Instead she was very rude. She asked me what I wanted and once I told her she said you can do this at the ATM. I'm sorry but what's the purpose of your job then? She then asked me to write my name and info on the slip for the withdrawal. I didn't get asked how I wanted my bills, if I wanted an envelop, or if I needed anything else. In the past I get as very kind greet, I get asked what I need, I get my services taken care of with a casual conversation and a nice goodbye. I don't like asking for mangers simply because I don't like being the one to complain. If I'm writing this on yelp it's simply because a teller should ALWAYS have a welcoming attitude.

The bank teller her name was Kandy. She was efficient, informative, and organized. If you have a problem with a check or need help with mobile banking or even banking with chase she is awesome! Even she was a teller she knew everything. I would only come to her if I to speak with a teller or banker.

I was stuck in a nightmare with Chase and Fallon the branch manager went out of her way to help us. If you want great service this is the Chase branch to use!!
