I’ve tried to open an account three times and cannot start the process because they don’t have enough people working. It is like this at several chase banks in the area, not enough people and long lines. I would happily use a different bank except I need to use Chase for my Zelle account due to monthly limits. No such thing as good customer service at this establishment!

I used mobile deposit for 3k in 2 different checks, they put my check 2nd on hold for 2 weeks, now I am 8 calls in to customer service line & not getting an answer. I know this branch is never busy definitely wouldn’t recommend leaving anything over 1000 in here.

After waiting in the teller line for about 15 minutes as there was no account managers to ask about opening a new bank account I was told they didn’t have anyone who could assist me today with that and I could either go online and open an account or make an appointment. If I wanted to open an account online I wouldn’t have bothered with driving and waiting in line for someone to help me at the branch. Mind you I got there before 12pm noon and the branch doesn’t close until 4pm. If they could only assist walk in customers who only needed minimal teller assistance maybe they should place a sign in front of their door stating this vs people waiting in a long line to basically be told we have no one to help you, go away. Branch is understaffed and apparently not equipped to help the customer. Disappointing.

Don't Bank here, awful customer service. Immature tellers. Beware You'll regret it. Choose another bank in Manteca there are plenty of others to get quality service.

They need to update there bank hours on the door.. I came because they closed at 6 and they locked the doors at 5:44. Went online and the time is updated but not on the door. Knocked and completely ignored me, wanted to just tell them to update the door hours guess I had to make a review for them to see if since they completely ignored me.

This bank SUCKS !!! and I mean with BIG LIPS !!! Tried calling the local branch by calling the local number they had posted. It went straight to a guy in India. In INDIA !!! He tried to get through to my local branch and even he couldn't do it. He tried calling branches in two local cities besides mine and got the same response. No one answers the phone. Forget CHASE. The only way these people pay attention is if you take all of your money out of their branches. They must not want to be in the banking business anymore or they wouldn't have a system like this. So, if you want service, pull you money out of CHASE and go to another bank! Any bank but CHASE. I would give these guys a zero if I could but it doesn't register above so I gave them one star.

They do not care about business's in Manteca, they are very rude and will not help you. If u ask them to print receiots seperately and its there mistake they will not reprint the receipts for u. They will make you go in circles until u give up. Thanks for nothing.

You can't open a new account today.... you have to make a appointment. Or go online. So the lady with the tablet that dose nothing to help you is there to tell you to go online. Put the tablet down and work for God's sake. Horrible bank.
