Horrible experience!! Got in to a wreck on Christmas because so lady came flying through a red light. Driver was rude acted like it was my fault and we made him work. Then he had the Audacity to make my 14 year old son whom was just in the wreck with me get in the driver seat of my lifted truck to help him load it on the tow truck on the side of the 99 S on ramp. Then processed to tell him to get out of his way he didn't have all day. Rude. He also told me that it was better to go to his yard and I would just have to pay the storage fee because I could use my 5 mile AAA. When I got to tow yard the next day guy in the office was rude also and said you can't do anything til you pay $416.00. I don't recommend this company at all. If I could give negative stars I would but could not post without hitting 1 star.

On tuesday 11/28/23 approx. 9:30pm My wifes Prius wouldnt start while i was at work so she called AAA roadside assistance & they sent a crossroads towing driver to charge but he didnt know where the battery was at and was asking my wife so he was gooling which is understandable being hybrid car but after not finding out the way to charge he just takes off.In the process the car had enough charge to operate some stuff but not to turn it on with that being said he had lowered the window before he took off then the window wouldnt raise so my wife called there dispatcher/front desk to ask if they could send someone else that has more experience and also let her know what happened and that the driver had left without telling her anything & the lady was really rude and pretty much told her that it wasnt her problem and hung up So then my wife called her again and asker for her name and she refused and said she wasnt going to tell her and hung up again to make matters worse 2 hours later it rained and her car was all wet in the inside.Next day weCalled AA and filed a complaint and AAA rep apoligized and made it right for us so people we wouldnt recommend them to anyone they are very unproffecional and when something like this happens speak up

The office help is lacking Customer Service skills. The front office help is the one of the most important part of any business. Second, and next important part is having honorable business ethics. ... it's more like a group of hoodlums in streets with a 'come up'.... there should be some type of mandatory classes/ requirements ....this whole experience was equivalent to me being car jacked with gun in my face. Single, hard working female with no free handouts working hard to live and making my way in life. For 3 hours charging me over 500. And I didn't have any hold on my vehicle or property. They refused to give my key. It was obvious why. My car had min. Damage and, they saw an easy come ... selling my vehicle with key. ... car jacking and chop shop type of establishment IN MY PERSPECTIVE AND EXPERIENCE WITH CROSSROADS...

OMG! My car battery died while on lunch, listening to the radio. As if by stroke of luck, Lenny from Crossroads was on lunch in the same parking lot. He had my car hooked up, jumped my battery and had me going in less than 2 mins! When I asked him "" How much? "" He gave a big smile, shook his head, and told me "" It was nothing, enjoy my lunch! On May 12th, 2023 we had a flat tire on Hwy 99 approx. 5 mi S. of Manteca. Crossroads towing was dispatched & loaded our 2021 Nissan Leaf onto the flatbed of the tow truck. When we exited the Hwy & was making a slow left turn to tire repair shop, another car sideswiped the tow truck and didn’t stop. The tow truck pulled into the next driveway & noted the tie downs had became undone and our vehicle had slid into his front grill/bar causing our car damage to the front bumper, license plate & grille. When we called Crossroads, they refused to take any responsibility & would not even give us their insurance information. They claimed our damage would not have occurred if not for the hit & run vehicle. Other tow truckers we spoke with said the tie downs should NOT have failed on such a slow, low impact collision. Our repeated calls to Crossroads towing go unanswered.Service: Car towing

Beware of this place AAA members! They will tow your vehicle and charge you unnecessarily, leaving out crucial details like where your vehicle is being towed from, the mileage it took, etc. just so they can dip into your pocket.Service: Car towing

Had a car towed today and AAA sent them out. They were outstanding and went above and beyond to help us. They had a great attitude about our complicated situation and made sure to get our vehicle onto the truck without any damages. This even required the boss coming with another truck. We really appreciate their service and the extra effort and care they had towing our car without the key.Services: Car towing
