I order my prescription over the phone ?. I was told is going out that afternoon but, it didn’t. I had to follow up a second time. I was told again it was going out but, it still didn’t get out ?. I call ? for a Third time and I hope a “The third time is charm”. I hope ?? I receive my medicine after waiting over a week to receive it! Come on CVS get it right this time!

The staff at this location is great But the manager Myrna seems like a horrible manager with horrible customer service. I've been in there multiple times and the way she talks to the employees is terrible no one should have to work for someone like that. Today I was in there and she had a horrible attitude and was terrible to an elderly lady in front of me. The lady was picking up some sort of machine and did not know that it needed to be connected to a device like a phone.They were too busy to give her a consultation so she stood to the side to read it. She told Myrna she has a flip phone and cannot use this device and Myrna told her I'm sorry that's not my problem you should have said something before you purchased I can not return it because you stepped away from the counter. I could go on and on about the conversation but this is the gist of it and Myrna should not be in this position and definitely should not be talking to employees and customers the way she does. Your employees should have a good case against you if they wanted.

My husband needed some emergency insulin since his pump broke and the woman behind the counter was absolutely not willing to help even though I had just called and was told I needed to be there by 1:30 to be helped. I was in line at 1:29. I would think that the pharmacy techs/pharmacists would be some what compassionate. You couldn't pay me to return to this pharmacy as the manager was awful and rude and inconsiderate.

I’d like to bring to attention some appalling online behavior by your regional admin assistant in one of your california locations - Manteca or Dublin? Her name is “toni Christian (Martinez) and she is bullying people online who have suffered through depression and lost family members to suicide and laughing about it. Please see the screenshots below. She is, unfortunately, representing her employer poorly and could quite possibly drive a vulnerable individual to suicide by being an online bully and troll.

Aside from Elise this pharmacy is the worst. I just called with a question and whoever answered apparently didn't feel like answering so mid sentence she hung up on me. My 97 year old mother takes norco, the dr called it in and I got a text saying it was too soon but fillable on the 12th. I called to ask if they could get it ready first thing in the morning as I was going out of town. I was informed it couldn't be filled until the 13th, why send a text saying otherwise. But that's fine, I then asked could they do it that day first thing, I was told I needed to give them time and then she just hung up on me. Not everyone who takes pain meds are addicts so quit acting like they are. I'd like to see them at 97 trying to live with the pain she has due to illnesses and age. The last time I was there I waited 7 minutes while they decided what to have for lunch before they could wait on me.

I don’t hav problems w/ staff for past 5 yrs. OneOf the staff, Elisia, takes care of my meds whenI don’t have coupons or discounts. I see some new staff members, but remember we hav a shortage of werkers due to covoid.

CVS Pharmacy is the most unprofessional and laid back place I have seen. Hermelinda needs to lose her job for being so Nasty with customers. She yells despite being informed that she is being recorded. Have been to many countries and everyone is better this substandard behavior. BIG PROBLEM WITH VACCINE GIVEN AT CVS. I took my 2nd doze on 1st September 2021. Still don't have a QR code on my online card and neither has it been emailed to me. The pharmacists told me that I can travel internationally with the hand written card. Which is totally incorrect information. When I later found out that I need a QR code, I have been following up with CVS customer service and the pharmacy, but no one has a clue to why the QR code they provided is linked incorrectly. EVERYONE PLEASE BEWARE that you will be made to spend weeks, days and hours following up for this. They put your call on hold and disappear for hours and then they hang up the call half way. I have no idea of how to report this behavior and want to take legal action against CVS. I am unable to fly out of the country and am losing money because of a missing and incorrect QR Code. This is one of the most frustrating experience of my life. Shocked to see their unprofessionalism. DO NOT TAKE VACCINES FROM CVS #VaccineScam #UnprofessionalDrugStore

So inconsiderate and rude! They put me on hold three times and hung in my face twice and then the audacity to yell and get unprofessional when I tell her how rude and inconsiderate she is. I would give zero stars if I could, I wouldn't trust them to help me if I was on my last leg and my heart was going out.

They are completely unprofessional ever since they messed up and did not give me all my prescriptions after my surgery they have had a personal Vendetta against me and have since been messing up my prescriptions or denying my prescriptions lying and saying my insurance doesn't cover it when I get them filled at other pharmacy just fine

Have been coming here for over 2 years sadly and every month they mess up my prescriptions. I have to call/ go in at least 3 times a month. The people who work here except for maybe 1 or 2 are always very rude.

My boyfriend often picks up my medication from here. The one lady always serves him and is very abrupt with him for no reason whatsoever! I would really like the customer service here to lighten up and be a lot more friendly and respectful to their customers. Please show some professionalism. If I wasn't so busy and it wasn't such a hassle switching pharmacies, I would have definitely taken my custom elsewhere by now.
