They need to do something about the manager Darcey we got stuck at the self check outs, that they insist you use , and were not working. for 10 min they called for her to come up but never came finally the nice girl working up front checked us out at regular register. Why is she wearing ear pods why a customer is talking to her.

They don't take pampers clubs coupons, the coupon itself says to just scan but when I asked one of the girls walking around she was saying I had to print it out. I asked if she could just ring me up at the register and she just said no and just walked away. Definitely go to a different CVS if you have club coupons.

We had two covid booster vaccination appointment apparently they couldn't let my husband get vaccinated because he was late for like only 30 mins and they said i couldn't get mine yet because im to early because i had to wait the exact time on my appointment. The Staff is very rude.

Yesterday I bought some press on nails 2 packs i told the cashier i didn't need a receipt, didn't honestly think i would need it. I use one pack yesterday and didn't like the way the glue was runny so I decided I wanted to exchange the other pack I'm a regular customer in this small town we only have one other cvs inside target. I buy often here and the cashier stated I could not return the item without a receipt. I looked online and below is a exact return policy with out receipt.Items returned without a receipt may be exchanged for the same item or refunded as store credit. A refund for such a return may be limited to the lowest advertised price in the 60-day period prior to the return. The manager was called over and he walked me over to a counter to read some mat that had the store policy on the counter. He then Stated it was up to the store if they decide to exchange the item. Basically stating he didn't feel like exchanging the item. What kind of customer service is this? Truly disappointing I'm a regular customer. He simply could of stated he would help me this one time and next time I would need a receipt.

Your photo department isn't so great. You guys printed out the wrong photos & the wrong sizes. When I called to ask if I could get a refund or if you guys could redo them for me I was told no. The young girl that picked up the phone had a HORRIBLE attitude the second she picked up the phone and when I was trying to tell her what was wrong she acted like she could care less. She also told me she wasn't from the photo department so I asked if I could speak to someone who was and she told me no. So I then asked if I could speak to the manager so I could possibly get the situation fixed and she yet again told me no and said I was more than welcome to bring my items back to the store so they could shred them for me! Yes because that seems to fix everything (:

I'm a couponer so it's a pain in the a** checking me out. Cashiers are helpful, friendly and really patient with me! Had an issue yesterday and the manger called me today and more than made it better for me! Great staff and great for couponing. Highly recommend!!!

Horrible wait time at this pharmacy. They cut their hours and now they can't keep up with demand. Every time I come here it takes at least 20 minutes to even have someone be able to help. The staff is very friendly and hard working but they just aren't enough people to help with all the customers. I have never been here without at least 5-6 people waiting in line. Both drive thru and in the store. They need more staff.

Caroline is extremely rude and condescending. I asked to speak to the manager. He came up very chummy with her. Even gave her a wink while I was trying to explain my complaint. I think she gets away with her behavior due to her familiarity she has with this manager... Alan Bleak. I now shop at a different CVS.

Recently changed to this pharmacy because of an insurance change. What a delightful surprise. Friendly and courteous clerks and pharmacists. Short waiting time, quick and courteous service on the phone. I highly recommend you give them a try.

I rate this cvs a ZERO! Worst customer service ever! Louie and Allen need to be fired from their positions as management. Louie gave me attitude and refused to return my items and told me to take them back to the store I got the items from. Allen, the store manager, also refused to return the items and hung up on me. DONT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION!

So there website said open till 9 I show up at 601 and the lady tells me there closed and can't help me that they closed at 6 will not do any more business with them waste my gas my time and couldn't get the pills my mom needed
