Driving down the 99 freeway a day and a half before Thanksgiving and blew out a tire on my little trailer. I limped it to this shop because it was the only place around. Guy standing out front says they can’t help me because they are closed and just waiting for someone to pick up their vehicle. I asked if they could just take 5 minutes and get the wheel off while they were waiting and I could put my spare on. He said No, told me where there was a tire shop, but said I wouldn’t make it there in time. Thanks for helping out a person in distress…you’re a real class act!!! Ever heard of karma?!?! I would have left you zero stars, but that’s not allowed!!

All I asked you to do was remove the wheel.and I said I could put the spare on myself. If it would take you a lot longer than 5 minutes to remove 5 lug nuts then you certainly don’t know what you’re doing, but we both know the truth is that you DIDN’T WANT TO HELP a person in need, even knowing everyone else would be closed.

100% RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!!!
my bf and i were on a road trip from reno to los angeles and our car starting driving weird 3 hours in. we were in manteca and found this shop nearby. although they were super busy, the owner was kind enough to fit us because we told him we were on a road trip. he scanned our car to figure out the problem, which was just the one of the coil plugs. he went out to get to product and got us back on the road in just a little over an hour! we could not have been more grateful to have found his shop. he also gave us a discount because we are college students, which we found really sweet. we also loved how he had cute trinkets that you can take for free. he was really nice as well. again, definitely recommend this shop.

I recently visited D & S Automotive for some repairs, and I have to say, the experience was top-notch! Tom helped me throughout the entire process, and he was absolutely the best. From the moment I arrived, he was friendly professional, and extremely knowledgeable.
The repair itself was done quickly and efficiently, It’s rare to find a shop where you feel truly taken care of, but Tom made sure of that.
If you need any automotive repairs, I highly recommend this place especially if you get the chance to work with Tom! He goes above and beyond to provide outstanding service.

Friendly small town service and quality work.
I travel for work and have 1 vehicle. Finding a trustworthy shop and the process of getting my truck in for maintenance is not always easy.
