If I could give zero stars I would. Do not shop at this vape store. I went in there last week 3/13/22 to buy a disposable vape. I bought one, the popular brand. I don't usually open them right away as I only vape in the evening at home. So I went about my business the rest of the day. When I get home I unwind, open up my new vape just to find out it does not even work! I inhaled and the blue light flashes at the bottom. Which means it no longer works! How are they going to sell a product that does not even work! I messaged the store, he says they do not give refunds or exchanges. All the reviews that I read from this store made me think the guy is understanding and kind. But no that is definitely not right to sell something that does not work and won't even exchange it for something that does work. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!

Always very helpful, they have a great selection, and customer service is pretty good. They are also knowledgeable which helps out in the event that you may need advice or help on certain products. Definitely recommend!
