I had an amazing experience and customer service from Caroline in Manteca Ca. I was searching several storage facilities and I felt like I was provided the most clear details by Caroline having all my questions answered. My main concern were potential rate increases as I had horrible experience with my rates with StorQuest paying so much more than my initial rates. I was provided upfront information with any potential and or annual increases. I look forward to moving my storage items with my new storage unit .

The W Yosemite location looked amazing the other day when I came in and management was extremely helpful in informing me about prices and how different each storage unit is.

Small but quiet facility, very clean. Have spoke with both managers now, Caroline and Sierra, and they have been so helpful and kind! Would recommend this facility for anyone needing storage, they clearly care a lot about cleanliness here!!
