They need to update their phone service. I had tried calling to ask a question so I don't have to go to the store. It keeps ringing and goes to a vm that's full. I had to go down therefor them to tell they had to charge me for boxes for a return. This was a few weeks ago. Today I tried calling again, because I recieved a box from a company to return items. I wanted to know if they could ship with no cost. Again the same thing automated system. The guy the first time told me that he knows about, but doesn't know why it's set up that way. I would think he would talk to the owners about that. I'm sure they get a lot of complaints.

No courtesy shipping boxes or shipping labels provided for returns. Do they pack and ship Amazon or online returns for ups or fedex ? No

This shipping center should be rated a 6 star. Employees nice helpful.I can't believe they have been in Lathrop and no one knew they existed. Full shipping store must spread the word
