There was only 1 other customer when I went in (not packed in other words) and the selection of Switch controllers was way more vast than other bigger stores. The parking lot is a little wonky but it's worth a visit

Staff help me when I ask for a disc that I couldn’t find, floor is always clean. But me and my father had to sit out for 20 minutes or so but there was only one person in there and he was on break. I Have my respect for him.

Very tiny store. Not much shopping in-store. Seems to be just pre-orders and "You can get that on our online store. I like to shop physically, and that may be my own fault. A lot of digital purchases can be made here, but that defeats the purpose of going into the store.Now I said this before, "Very tiny store." That obviously is why they push online, etc. So, who knows if my review is "fair?". You may be the judge of that.You may also pay $15 to save $5 here.

They all just chit chat but don't actually help someone. They don't even pick up the phone at all when someone is calling. I'm surprised this one didn't close down but the one by Costco did.
