Every time I come to get something here the person working talks me into getting something different. Every time when I realize I left with something I don't want I have to throw away what I was convinced to buy and go buy what I actually wanted. This time I decided to go back and exchange for what I actually wanted rather than just waste my money. I went to one location I was near they refused to take my product back stating it was from a franchise store. So I returned back to this franchise store where I purchased the product. However this store also would not accept the return because they had also offered a free product that I also didn't want - so I gave it away. Now I am stuck with this unwanted product. And still don't have what I actually was looking for. Best advice would probably be to shop elsewhere but in the case you must, then pop in your noise canceling headphones and don't talk to anyone when you go to GNC to buy something!

Went in to buy some testosterone and dude Taj tried to upsale me some expensive testosterone which I get, gotta make the sale, but he tried to tell me that the more expensive one had estrogen blockers and not suppressors. It literally says suppressors on the box…Whatever though gotta lie to make the sale. Only had 100 bucks so I bought the one that was 40 and dude charged me 75 and then told me I could not get a cash refund. So I couldn’t purchase the supplements. Horrible customer service and waste of my time. Never going back

Locked door before closing time. Workers sat there and watched me try to open the door and didn’t make eye contact. Simple purchase need and the business missed out because the employees (yes, TWO OF THEM) couldn’t stand there and chat while ringing me up for something that would have taken 30 seconds. Lazy lazy lazy. So frustrating!!!I should add, it was 8:56pm. They weren’t supposed to close until 9:00pm.

Honestly I was reading through the other reviews but I'm not too sure about the return policy stuff I've never felt I needed to return something there yet. My experience so far has been great. Customer service was awesome. Dialed me in about creatine and glutamine. Wasn’t really sure it was accurate (from a lack of research on it), went home did my own studying and everything he told me was spot on. S/o to the GNC Manteca too they hooked me up with some free GNC tank tops and bcaa packs. Much love to that place- Vince McVee Vicente Vincenzo the 3rd

I asked multiple times if they had discounts going on and GNC was having a buy 2 get 1 free sale and they didn't tell me and I go online when I get home and see it immediately lol. On top of that like a previous review said they kept trying to push random non GNC brand products which I felt fishy about and it's cuz they have a partnership with them. They also charge more for items than online and when I checked my account they never gave me my PRO member points even though he asked for my phone number. I get you guys are franchised but this is how u lose customers. Will not be returning here instead will make the longer drive to the Livermore one where they always take good care of me. Very disappointed

Horrible customer service from the moment I entered the facility. I was not greeted and when I asked the employee questions he made me feel completely unwelcome and stupid. First and last time I'll go to this store!

GNC mistakenly shipped me the wrong product with my order. They wanted me to spend my time, money, and gas and waste an hour of my life to return the product to a store 35min away (over an hour round trip) or make a trip to the post office. Not an accepatable solution for some crappy product that was worth about $70. It would cost me more than that in time, money, and gas to return it. Basically, their policy is to make me pay for their mistake. The product is going in the trash and I cancelled my membership. Screw you GNC.

Receiving notifications that say my order is ready drove across town two times and it is not ready. They need to get it together. On top of that the staff was very unhelpful. I will not be shopping there anymore as this is a waste of my time and gas.

First time stopping by this GNC and I thought it was odd that they were trying to sell non GNC products from other vendors they promote! After I purchased something they recommended, tried it and didn't like the product went back for an exchange and said they couldn't offer on non GNC products! Long story short if you are a GNC pro member you CAN NOT use perks at this location bc they are a "Franchised" location they will NOT take your coupons or rewards earned at least in my experience! Staff was not costumer satisfactory at all they are just there to push out new products w out a care of what their clients need or want! Taj could of exchanged my unsatisfactory purchased and in return would have bought 200$ worth of merchandised but I'm glad I made the drive to GNC in Turlock!

I would rate this store 0 if there is any, rude workers . GNC is GNC this kids act like they are the owner of GNC, why we cant return the product we bought from GNC those kids are blaming their boss that he quote and quote his policy, receipt shows you can return, exchange, get your refund on any GNC store. We about to call the corp to file a complaint regarding our experience.

I’ve been shopping at this same GNC for over 10 years. The employees are always knowledgeable, friendly, & helpful. This has always been my go to store for supps. Good owner, & good employees. Would definitely recommend!

I went to GNC this past Tuesday and was immediately greeted by Todd. I explain to him that I was looking for some vitamins and I was I needed specific vitamins he pointed me to where they were and began to sell me; which is fine I'm an adult and I know GNC is known for their vitamins and how they are made so no problem with that. I then began to ask about protein products and he told me what he used and I saw a product and began to ask him about it, at that moment a man and his son walked in and Todd basically brushed me off and rushed me the through my transaction. Keep in mind this customer was there to weigh himself at least I thought that's what he was doing because he started to take off his socks and Todd was instructing him. I ended up spending slightly less than 60.00 for three bottles of vitamins and possibly would of purchased more but it was clear to me he wasn't interested keep in mind I was probably in the store total time less than 15 minutes from walk in to walk out. In the future I might just go to Rite Aid because they carry GNC products or next time I'll just say no thank you I don't need your help you can just point me in the direction of what I'm looking for and save myself the bum rush sale. #goodjobTodd
