Five times running they refuse to take things at the drop off, even brand new in box items!! Unbelievable! I had 8 bags of clothing to drop off and 2 boxed lamps band new, they didn't want the lamps, I took everything down the street to hope chest where they do care about what you drop off... I keep saying I won't go here, but it is so close to my home that I always try. Every time I get turned off or turned away... it's hard nowadays trying to be a good guy, take my advise, try the Hope Chest! Better drop off, better staff, better prices!

This is my favorite place to shop for used items and donations are made easy. The people are wonderful, especially John who usually works at the donation site in the back of the building. He always has a smile and welcomes me back like we're old friends. He's always patient and helpful even with the cranky donators.

Every single clothing item was $8.79/each. How the heck is this a "thrift" store with those kinds of prices? People are being robbed. Never going back.

The dude that takes donations is such a loser. His attitude always sucks, he constantly complains about taking any type of donations and turns people away. Literally if I had time to take my stuff elsewhere I would. With how many complaints he gets I don’t even understand how he still works there.

Very expensive to be second hand. The lady who served us was very kind and friendly, nothing bad to say, apart from the fact that everything is donated, very expensive, they should consider that they cannot charge as if they were new.

store was really neat and clean. if you’re looking for baby clothes i definitely recommend coming here. i saw so many baby girl items that were under $4 a piece. everything is organized by color and staff was sure to ask me if everything was okay. would love to come back.

The guys in the back are always so rude!! Like all I am trying to do is drop off donations, isn’t that your job? To take donations, sorry you hate your job, that’s not my problem. Your still in customer service, so do better! Doesn’t take much to be kind. Goodwill do better on hiring people for the back! They are always rude, I have never had a good experience, this will be the last time I take my things to this place!

If I didn’t feel like thrifting all day and just wanted to stop at one store in town I would pick goodwill every time.
