DO NOT HAVE THESE POEPLE DO YOUR TAXES!! I went to these people do do my taxes for year. Most of them were wrong. I asked them to fix because the IRS was coming after me. the owner told me he took car of it. even went as far as drafting a power of attorney. I found out they did absolutely nothing! NOTHING. Even though he told me it was handed. I've been audited and now I owe the IRS.The are nothing but Liars. Use their service at your own risk.

Red flags. Smallest returns out of everywhere else.I had my taxes prepared here for 5 years.God is my witness.And each year I could have got roughly $3000 more if I just went anywhere else but here.

This place has gone downhill in customer service and value..while racking up their preparation prices. Its bad when when even the owner of the business gives his guarantee he will call you back due to my tax lady not...But guess what not one call back from Mr . Gould. This will be my last year doing business with a place like this. If you like overpaying for taxes and being a long time customer just to get treated like dirt come here. If not go else where

Disappointing service. I went in with several years of taxes I needed help with. I also wanted to hire the bookkeeper. The tax person never got back to me and I never heard from the bookkeeper. It was disappointing because I spent a lot of time gathering my tax paperwork only to never hear back. A waste of time and surprised by the poor service. I guess they didn't need my bookkeeping business or money to fix my taxes.

Rude as can be..... A relative has been a long time client.. This year they seemed rude and just unhappy to be doing their job. Questions will be asked and for someone to talk down on your relative like saying what do you expect is pretty unprofessional not to mention my relative is an elder veteran in which he has trouble getting up and receptionist mentioned numerous times as she watched him struggle getting out of his chair repeatedly saying he is waiting for you now. If someone is paying $200 for a tax service give them at least ten pleasant minutes of professionalism and if you don't like your job or fed up by this time then find an alternate career..
