They only take credit cards come to find out after I drove all the way over there. Also they rented out the car that I reserved will definitely not ever go back there again I’d rather walk.

They cool, but they Never answer the phone. Edit: Finally got through. Treated me rudely and was short with me. Smh. Will never go back to the manteca location again.

Amazing experience! The team at HERTZ made the entire process seamless from the very beginning. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, the biggest thank you to Miriam for helping me on an already stressful situation with my car accident and having to deal with the insurance, and the car was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly what I needed
Pickup was quick and easy, and there were no surprise fees or complications. Their customer service went above and beyond, making me feel valued and taken care of.
I’ll definitely be using HERTZ again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and stress-free car rentals.

No cars available despite making a reservation 4 days prior. It was a pre paid reservation and they refused a refund. Edit: still trying to get a refund, I'm having to dispute this with my credit card company. This seems like a scam location

I do not know how this establishment has a rating higher than 1 star. It is absurd and unprofessional for Hertz to list their hours of operation as 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday and to accept reservations for 8 AM, but do not open their doors until after 8:20 AM such as today. No customer should have to cancel their reservation because of their inability to make scheduled appointments on time due to Hertz's lack of regard for customers. My time is just as valuable as my money, therefore I want to be treated as such.

The worst location of Hertz Car Rental Ever Seen... No Communication! No answering the Calls and No Help if need Anything.... They give you different car they promised to Offer.. totally Unprofessional...I am Surprised how are they doing a Business and why they still have 2.9 Ratings.....

We needed a one way rental on short notice and while Enterprise could not deliver, Hertz could, at a great rate. Never will use anyone else!

What's the point of a reservation, if the car isn't ready for over an hour. Understaffed and yet couldn't offer any support or discount for the inconvenience. The rep pretended to asl her boss and brushed me off.
