Ask for Audra Demoulin! Excellent Customer Service Representative with outstanding knowledge when it comes to State Farm Insurance policies. The customer service is outstanding! It’s nice to have local agent and office staff who is available when you need them. I can call or email and get a response right away. Knowing they also support our local community is a bonus for me!

Worst customer service. We have demolition in our home and half of our house is torn apart with no bathroom and State Farm doesn't have any urgency to fix our issues. Wendy Duvale or whatever her name is, is supposed to be my agent and since our claim has been filed 8/22/2023 she has not once called and updated us on any next steps for our claim. I have to constantly call other people to get information because our agent Wendy D never answers our calls. I tried calling her supervisor Michael to file a complaint and he was even ruder and told us he didn't care about the fact that our home claim is urgent and we have to wait until whenever they get to our claim. The supervisor Michael told me they have low staff and things take time and he has no idea how long it would take to fix the damage in our home. Extremely unprofessional I do not feel safe or covered by State Farm, due to their horrible service my family and I are extremely stressed living in a home that is like a construction site because of all the demolition and no one at State Farm is taking our claim seriously or offering any updates or assistance. Would not recommend their services as it is no help. Hope I can start to live peacefully in home soon but State Farm is not helping with that.

Me and my family have been clients with statefarm for +10 years. We've had good customer service throughout especially with Laura and Maria. Recently had a change in my policy because of a family member in my household. They sent me a letter on 12th got it signed by the 17th. My revised notice was increased by $150. I called to see what could be done. Audra and Sabrina seem to have done the best they could apparently and made me and wife feel like it was our responsibility and our fault as to why our bill increased by $150. Customer service is poor from them. We did not feel as a valued customer from them. Customer service is what separates a business.

I had the best experience I've had in a long time with Laura G. helping me over the phone. She was super knowledgeable & made the whole process smooth & easy. She kept me entertained with great conversation while the system did it's thing. I highly recommend you calling or going to see her at this office. I've been insured with State Farm for several years. My parents as well, over 30 years. Sabrina is the best! Super friendly, always available to help answer questions and always makes sure we are well taken care of. She knows our family's account well which makes it easy for when we need changes made to our policy. Claims service is amazing as well, repairs are done local and quick. I highly recommend State Farm, and see Sabrina :)

I have been with Jacob and his team for over 10 years. Jacob and Laura have been amazing to my family and me with our insurance needs. I got referred to Jacob by my parents who had State Farm for their home, cars, and motorcycle. Whatever we needed, they have been very understanding, helpful, and caring to our situations. In 2011 I got into a car accident, Jacob and Laura made sure that I wasn't alone in going through the process. They assisted me with all of my questions and concerns. Even contacted the claims department to help provide additional answers for me. My family and I moved from Northern California to Southern California; Laura was extremely helpful in assisting with renter's insurance and helping ease the stress of moving. Aside from helping with policy changes, claims department, and other insurance needs. Jacob and his team truly care about their clients. Every time I call or email the office, they ask about my parents, and my kids, and engage in small talk. They are like part of the family. I wouldn't ever consider changing insurance companies because of them! Thank you for being genuine people!

I'm giving the State Farm insurance one star only because you don't have anything lower than one star. I have been dealing with State Farm for almost 20 years without ever filing a claim until now. All of the money I gave State Farm would be better spent if I flushed it down the toilet. it's the corporation not Jacob as far as I know. But any I have a very high deductible (3600) and the damages to my property were only estimated at approximately $5000 so State Farm declined my claim saying that their portion is less than my deductible. My question is why can't they make up the $1400 difference if I pay the $3600 deductible? To me I've been ripped off and they walk away laughing while even though they have taken thousands of dollars from me over all the years. I don't recommend State Farm for any type of insurance. Like a good neighbor slogan is bull shit
