Appt was at 8am, checked at 7:35....got a door ....after 2hr they came to open my doors...now waiting for unloading....poor service.....

This place is weird not enough space to back in to doors. I went there to pick up. First of all shipping office said come back check in 30 mint before your appointment then get door right after checked in. Waited hour and half on door got call they moved me to east side doors. Now still waiting to get loaded. I’m here at the facility around 1pm. And it’s 6o clock. Broker was pushing me to take the truck at shipper assp.
Zero star for service. 😡

My dispatch scheduled impossible appointment so I was “late” they charged 274 for late fee😂 1110$ total for late and unload fee. Late fee aside because I couldn’t have done anything about that I will say California has BALLS 😂 Absolutely getting away with something . 5 hour unload time

45min load time, here 1.5 hours early.
Great job.
Make sure your refer is pre-cooled or they will charge you a fee if it causes you to be late.
I don't get why these places has employee parking in dock zones.
