Well let me be clear, they knew what they did when they built this place. Took my children to pick out furniture for our new house. I was thinking I had an hour max before my 4/5 year old had a melt down. They have a 3 story play place and daycare/play center with people dedicated to specifically keeping an eye on the children.
We ended up picking out couches, dressers, entertainment centers, kitchen table and rugs for the house. This was the best furniture shopping I have ever done with my children present.

Overall, my experience was very positive. The sales representative was knowledgeable and patient, and the delivery crew arrived on time to set up my item smoothly. I would definitely recommend Living Spaces to anyone looking for quality service.

Seems like some departments aren't as friendly as others, but overall, the employees all mean well. The kids play area is free of cost and wonderful for kids on these hot days!!! Beautiful setup and beautiful pieces, definitely a nice place to visit and purchase pieces that make your home pop. There were many people standing around or sitting down, and every single trash can was full from 6 pm until closing time. It's a beautiful store and is well staffed, just need all positions to help out and stretch out to make it a return visit offender

I was looking to purchase a new bed frame and mattress. I found online what I liked, went to the Living Space’s store in Manteca, CA. The transaction was simple and fast. Associate that helped me was Gabriel.

We were excited to receive our Elle Brown Wood 3 Door 62" Sideboard Buffet. Ordering online was easy. Unfortunately item arrived broken. Through packaged well, it does not appear it was handled well by delivery team. The middle drawer was also flimsy and did not close properly, indicating poor construction. Customer service answered our call the first time and were apologetic. But unfortunately the poor construction and very poor delivery handling will make this our first and last purchase from Living Spaces.

Great customer service. Promised me everything I was looking for, specifically a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress that would be comfortable enough for my parents. When the sleeper was delivered it had a poor quality spring mattress. I was a bit frustrated considering I spent 2 hours telling the sales associate how important the mattress was to me. When my wife called she got the runaround that ultimately ended in “sorry, we can’t help”. Because it was a custom order, I can’t even return it. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Placed an order, had to wait a month for delivery. The day prior we called and confirmed delivery and time, it never arrived. Customers can't call any store directly as they only give one number for all stores. The call center is overseas and getting helpful assistance was impossible. Extremely poor customer service overall. I will never do business with them again.
After 1 month, we still haven't received the $100 customer service refund the representative promised. She was sent a couple of texts, no response.

The representative that helped me went above and beyond to get my order to go through. There was a problem with my bank and she solved it in a very professional manner.
