Terrible service, everything is out of service and the lady who works there is super rude and they steal your money. My laundry did not wash at all and she told me that it was because of the type of soap and that I had to pay for the laundry again. That response is ridiculous and I asked her for the information of the laundry manager and she replied that she didn't have it, it's a trash laundry business.

First time going into the facility and just about all of their washing machines are out of service. Just sad.

Went here to wash and the coin machine was out accept one and it doesn't take dollars which is in heard of so I asked the lady for some change despite the weird looks she was giving off she said she doesn't have any change at a wash house which is a lie she rude as hell this is my last time coming here maybe I will go somewhere else where's the used to seeing black people.... shame on this place needs better service.....0 stars it's sickening

We came here since the regular laundry place we go to was super packed! Anytime we asked the attendant a question we either got ignored or she would give us dirty looks. She even tried to go through another customers clothes. I believe her name is Gloria, would not recommend coming here!

I got there a little bit late, but online it said they were open till 10:00. When I got there, instead of telling me they were closing, they watched me put my clothes in and then told me. Laughing at me, as I started to pull my clothes out.
