“We regret again the incident that happened to our customers @Jessica Campa, however we fully disagree with what was described, as well as with their families @Lorena Velazquez and @Ruben Velazquez, since one of the main reasons that makes the difference with other parcel companies is that at all times we provide quality service and attention to our customers, for this reason and in accordance with the fact that when there is a tendency to point out facts the correct thing to do is to present some evidence, we leave the messages with which we prove the opposite of everything mentioned, we know that we may have certain mishaps, since like other parcel companies we are not exempt from looting or loss occurring, but on the contrary we consider that making joint allegations regarding the same event may be considered excessive.”
“I went there today after going to 2 different Western Union location because the other locations (one inside the Walgreens, have a 100-150 limit payout and the other inside the Flying J travel center is closed) we’re not available. The lady agent who help me is very decent and accommodating. She greeted me when I went inside the store and she asked me what she can help me with. I told her I’m there to pick up western Union and I asked her how much is the limit of payout. She asked me how much I’m picking up and I told her. She asked one other lady inside their work area the max of payout and if they can payout what I came for. They said yes. So I felt relieved that I don’t need to go to other location again. Next time I’ll just come here for easier transactions. Thank you”
