I went to have nails fixed after going to Deluxe Nails in Modesto.The lady didn't even hesitate, fixed them up real nice.Now they look nice. Do not go to Deluxe Nails on McHenry.

Do not go here. Very bad service. If I could give less than one star I would. Rude employees. The lady in the second desk when you walk in on the left sucks so bad. My nails were bleeding. It was awful. I'll never go back. New Blossom Nails is where I go now and they NEVER disappoint.

My daughter and I decided to come here because of a recommendation from a friend. Super glad we did!! Tina did my nails and she is amazing!! She did exactly what I asked for and she is super gentle! Nina did my daughter's nails and they turned out amazing as well!

I typically get my nails done with Anna or Cj, which they're both Amazing. They were both out of town and I was recommended to Tina. She is new there. I was impressed how fast, efficient and talented she is. Would definitely try her out if you go there. Thank you Tina welcome on board tO Matural Nails

Came in for a 35 French gel manicure, the girl who did my nails did a good job but they chipped the next day and 4 nails chipped during the first week. Also not very clean I would spend my money elsewhere.

Honestly the acrylics themselves were good however, customer service could use some more support. They take a while on just taking you in; even if you have an appointment. Not including them actually starting you later. It’s cool but definitely more time consuming than othersServices: Acrylic nails

Came in to get gel fill. The young girl was very fast yet I showed her my nails on the opposite side(palms up) I had been gardening with gloves on, yet some dirt was underneath. Waited to see if she would use a dremel to clean it. She didn't. The next day I also noticed the nail polish had a bubble on side near the top of my nail. I pushed it and nail polish was like tacky and came off. Their pricing isn't bad but I may explore other places.

I should have known better. I’ve had two less-than-stellar experiences at this shop in the past, but it had been a few years and they’re nearby, so I took a chance.I was able to walk in for a pedicure (or so I thought), and was directed to a spa chair and told “five minutes!” They started the foot spa for me, then I was sitting so long the water went stone cold. I was about to give up, and was putting shoes back on my wet feet, when finally someone spoke to me. A staff member thrust the color choices in my lap, then walked away saying “choose a color…”Another ten minutes go by before anyone came over. I noticed not all of the previous color had been removed, and I mentioned it, because I had chosen a light color and didn’t want it peeking through. I was told not to worry about it. Surprise, surprise the old color showed in a few places, and on top of that the nails were jagged, filed poorly, and had rough edges. I ended up having to redo them because they were cut so poorly that I would have ended up with ingrown nails.I’m very disappointed over all, and will not be returning. I spent more time waiting than was actually spent on the pedicure.Service: Pedicures

Sent my daughter with her cousin to get a pedicure at this place and it was horrible. Both of them had their side toenails trimmed so bad their toenails were swollen the next day. The girls were uncomfortable when walking. To top it off while checking their feet most of the nails were not appropriately trimmed. NEVER again!

I called first and asked if they did gel manicure, like acrylic but gel. She said yes. I came in and she cut my cuticle and made it bleed then tried to put some liquid on from am Estee lauder bottle. I refused when she could not tell me what it was. Then she got out gel polish to paint my nails with gel polish! I stopped her and said I wanted gel nails not polish. She said they don't have that. I left. I hope my finger doesn't get infected. I took a pic. I do not recommend this shop.Service: Manicures
