Old Navy is a good place to shop for young kids, but for adults, it's a little suspect. I noticed that the tee shirts are very thin, one wash, and the tee shirt looks like chitterlings. I also think that the jeans ? are overpriced for the plain style. ?

If I could give zero stars I would. My daughter and I visited this location on 7/23/23. For school shopping since our area don't have an old navy close to us this has always been our go to store Till yesterday. We walk in it's sooo hot in the store She finds a few jeans on sale and Shirts the dressing room was so hot couldn't even get clothes on with the sweat dripping of body made a horrendous experience. Then we go to check out cashier had no personality Then I had her $100.00 bill she's run three machine which it clears fine then goes over to another cashier an says can we accept this an then says can we Break it at this point I'm LIKE WHAT Is the issue she's over there talking and I say loud enough. I'm not asking for it to be broke I'm make a Damm purchase with the $100.00 bill what is the issue oh she comes back and out of no where she's got change to give back an lots snnlots in her cash drawer. So I asked what was the issue was totally ignored bag tossed at us. I'm not coming back to this store after the way we were treated. Plus they should've really known who they just serviced well the daughter an wife of who they serviced and treated that way.

I was privileged to have the GM ring me up today and I was able to share with her that it's been fine in between that I've been to Old Navy. However when I come to that particular location I always find great deals and good customer service.
