Orphan Kitten Rescue is a registered 501(c)(3) micro-rescue organization situated in the heart of the San Joaquin Valley, specifically in Manteca, CA. Comprising a dedicated team of volunteers, we specialize in the rescue and care of kittens from the moment of birth up to 12 weeks old. Our particular focus lies in the compassionate rescue of pregnant mama cats, with several volunteers possessing valuable medical training.
The kitten I adopted from OKR has turned into the most well-adjusted cat I have ever had. She's confident, playful, affectionate and gets along great with my other cat.
